[1] I was glad when they said to me, “Let’s go to Yahweh’s house!”
[2] Our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem!
[3] Jerusalem is built as a city that is compact together,
[4] where the tribes go up, even Yah’s tribes, according to an ordinance for Israel, to give thanks to Yahweh’s name.
[5] For there are set thrones for judgment, the thrones of David’s house.
[6] Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper.
[7] Peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces.
[8] For my brothers’ and companions’ sakes, I will now say, “Peace be within you.”
[9] For the sake of the house of Yahweh our God, I will seek your good.

[3] Jerusalem H3389 is builded H1129 (8803) as a city H5892 that is compact H2266 (8795) together H3162:
[4] Whither H8033 the tribes H7626 go up H5927 (8804), the tribes H7626 of the LORD H3050, unto the testimony H5715 of Israel H3478, to give thanks H3034 (8687) unto the name H8034 of the LORD H3068.
[5] For there are set H3427 (8804) thrones H3678 of judgment H4941, the thrones H3678 of the house H1004 of David H1732.

[1] I have rejoiced in those saying to me, ‘To the house of Jehovah we go.’
[2] Our feet have been standing in thy gates, O Jerusalem!
[3] Jerusalem-the builded one- Is as a city that is joined to itself together.
[4] For thither have tribes gone up, Tribes of Jah, companies of Israel, To give thanks to the name of Jehovah.
[5] For there have sat thrones of judgment, Thrones of the house of David.
[6] Ask ye the peace of Jerusalem, At rest are those loving thee.
[7] Peace is in thy bulwark, rest in thy high places,
[8] For the sake of my brethren and my companions, Let me speak, I pray thee, ‘Peace be in thee.’
[9] For the sake of the house of Jehovah our God, I seek good for thee!
