Galatians is Paul's letter to the churches in Galatia, and he wrote it in alarm. Teachers had arrived insisting that Gentile believers take on the law of Moses, and his answer is that adding anything to the gospel makes it another gospel. It is the sharpest letter he wrote and the clearest on Christian freedom.
