και απ εμου εγω αρθασασθα βασιλευς εθηκα γνωμην πασαις ταις γαζαις ταις εν περα του ποταμου οτι παν ο αν αιτηση υμας εσδρας ο ιερευς και γραμματευς του νομου του θεου του ουρανου ετοιμως γιγνεσθω
