Genesis 1:29 “Behold”, from “הִנֵּה”, means look at, take notice, observe, see, or gaze at. It is often used as an interjection.

God’s sons saw that men’s daughters were beautiful, and they took any that they wanted for themselves as wives.

Yahweh said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the surface of the ground—man, along with animals, creeping things, and birds of the sky—for I am sorry that I have made them.”

This is how you shall make it. The length of the ship shall be three hundred cubits,° its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits.

Genesis 6:15 A cubit is the length from the tip of the middle finger to the elbow on a man’s arm, or about 18 inches or 46 centimeters.

I, even I, will bring the flood of waters on this earth, to destroy all flesh having the breath of life from under the sky. Everything that is on the earth will die.

εγω δε ιδου επαγω τον κατακλυσμον υδωρ επι την γην καταφθειραι πασαν σαρκα εν η εστιν πνευμα ζωης υποκατω του ουρανου και οσα εαν η επι της γης τελευτησει

Take with you some of all food that is eaten, and gather it to yourself; and it will be for food for you, and for them.”

Thus Noah did. He did all that God commanded him.

ετι γαρ ημερων επτα εγω επαγω υετον επι την γην τεσσαρακοντα ημερας και τεσσαρακοντα νυκτας και εξαλειψω πασαν την εξαναστασιν ην εποιησα απο προσωπου της γης

Noah did everything that Yahweh commanded him.

Clean animals, unclean animals, birds, and everything that creeps on the ground

went by pairs to Noah into the ship, male and female, as God commanded Noah.

δυο δυο εισηλθον προς νωε εις την κιβωτον αρσεν και θηλυ καθα ενετειλατο αυτω ο θεος

Pairs from all flesh with the breath of life in them went into the ship to Noah.

Those who went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God commanded him; then Yahweh shut him in.

και τα εισπορευομενα αρσεν και θηλυ απο πασης σαρκος εισηλθεν καθα ενετειλατο ο θεος τω νωε και εκλεισεν κυριος ο θεος εξωθεν αυτου την κιβωτον

The waters rose very high on the earth. All the high mountains that were under the whole sky were covered.

All on the dry land, in whose nostrils was the breath of the spirit of life, died.

Genesis 7:22 Heb. the breath of the spirit of life

και παντα οσα εχει πνοην ζωης και πας ος ην επι της ξηρας απεθανεν

Every living thing was destroyed that was on the surface of the ground, including man, livestock, creeping things, and birds of the sky. They were destroyed from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those who were with him in the ship.

God remembered Noah, all the animals, and all the livestock that were with him in the ship; and God made a wind to pass over the earth. The waters subsided.

Bring out with you every living thing that is with you of all flesh, including birds, livestock, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, that they may breed abundantly on the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply on the earth.”
