At the end of seven days, Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

και εγενετο μετα τας επτα ημερας λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman to the house of Israel. Therefore hear the word from my mouth, and warn them from me.

Son H1121 of man, H120 I have made H5414 (QalPerf) thee a watchman H6822 (QalActPtc) unto the house H1004 of Israel: H3478 therefore hear H8085 (QalPerf) the word H1697 at my mouth, H6310 and give them warning H2094 (HiphPerf) from me.

υιε ανθρωπου σκοπον δεδωκα σε τω οικω ισραηλ και ακουση εκ στοματος μου λογον και διαπειληση αυτοις παρ εμου

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

And the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

and say, ‘You mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord Yahweh! The Lord Yahweh says to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys: “Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword on you, and I will destroy your high places.

and say, H559 (QalPerf) Ye mountains H2022 of Israel, H3478 hear H8085 (QalImpv) the word H1697 of the Lord H136 God; H3069 Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord H136 God H3069 to the mountains, H2022 and to the hills, H1389 to the rivers, H650 and to the valleys; H1516 Behold, I, even I, will bring H935 (HiphPtc) a sword H2719 upon you, and I will destroy H6 (PielPerf) your high places. H1116

και ερεις τα ορη ισραηλ ακουσατε λογον κυριου ταδε λεγει κυριος τοις ορεσιν και τοις βουνοις και ταις φαραγξιν και ταις ναπαις ιδου εγω επαγω εφ υμας ρομφαιαν και εξολεθρευθησεται τα υψηλα υμων

Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Moreover the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Behold, the man clothed in linen, who had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, “I have done as you have commanded me.”

And, behold, the man H376 clothed H3847 (QalPasPtc) with linen, H906 which had the inkhorn H7083 by his side, H4975 reported H7725 (HiphPtc) the matter,^§ H1697 saying, H559 (QalInf) I have done H6213 (QalPerf) as thou hast commanded H6680 (PielPerf) me.

Ezekiel 9:11 Heb. returned the word

και ιδου ο ανηρ ο ενδεδυκως τον ποδηρη και εζωσμενος τη ζωνη την οσφυν αυτου και απεκρινατο λεγων πεποιηκα καθως ενετειλω μοι

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Again the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Then I spoke to the captives all the things that Yahweh had shown me.

Then I spake H1696 (PielImpf) unto them of the captivity H1473 all the things H1697 that the Lord H3068 had shewed H7200 (HiphPerf) me.

και ελαλησα προς την αιχμαλωσιαν παντας τους λογους του κυριου ους εδειξεν μοι

Yahweh’s word also came to me, saying,

The word H1697 of the Lord H3068 also came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

In the morning, Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

And in the morning H1242 came the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με το πρωι λεγων

Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Moreover the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came to me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

And the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Tell them therefore, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “I will make this proverb to cease, and they will no more use it as a proverb in Israel;”’ but tell them, ‘“The days are at hand, and the fulfillment of every vision.

Tell H559 (QalImpv) them therefore, Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord H136 God; H3069 I will make this proverb H4912 to cease, H7673 (HiphPerf) and they shall no more use it as a proverb H4911 (QalImpf) in Israel; H3478 but say H1696 (PielImpv) unto them, The days H3117 are at hand, H7126 (QalPerf) and the effect H1697 of every vision. H2377

δια τουτο ειπον προς αυτους ταδε λεγει κυριος αποστρεψω την παραβολην ταυτην και ουκετι μη ειπωσιν την παραβολην ταυτην οικος του ισραηλ οτι λαλησεις προς αυτους ηγγικασιν αι ημεραι και λογος πασης ορασεως

For I am Yahweh. I will speak, and the word that I speak will be performed. It will be no more deferred; for in your days, rebellious house, I will speak the word and will perform it,” says the Lord Yahweh.’”

For I am the Lord: H3068 I will speak, H1696 (PielImpf) and the word H1697 that I shall speak H1696 (PielImpf) shall come to pass; H6213 (NiphImpf) it shall be no more prolonged: H4900 (NiphImpf) for in your days, H3117 O rebellious H4805 house, H1004 will I say H1696 (PielImpf) the word, H1697 and will perform H6213 (QalPerf) it, saith H5002 (QalPasPtc) the Lord H136 God. διοτι εγω κυριος λαλησω τους λογους μου λαλησω και ποιησω και ου μη μηκυνω ετι οτι εν ταις ημεραις υμων οικος ο παραπικραινων λαλησω λογον και ποιησω λεγει κυριος

Again Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Again the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came to me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

“Therefore tell them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “None of my words will be deferred any more, but the word which I speak will be performed,” says the Lord Yahweh.’”

Therefore say H559 (QalImpv) unto them, Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord H136 God; H3069 There shall none of my words H1697 be prolonged H4900 (NiphImpf) any more, but the word H1697 which I have spoken H1696 (PielImpf) shall be done, H6213 (NiphImpf) saith H5002 (QalPasPtc) the Lord H136 God. H3069

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

“Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who prophesy, and say to those who prophesy out of their own heart, ‘Hear Yahweh’s word:

Son H1121 of man, H120 prophesy H5012 (NiphImpv) against the prophets H5030 of Israel H3478 that prophesy, H5012 (NiphPtc) and say H559 (QalPerf) thou unto them that prophesy H5030 out of their own hearts, H3820 Hear H8085 (QalImpv) ye the word H1697 of the Lord; H3068

υιε ανθρωπου προφητευσον επι τους προφητας του ισραηλ και προφητευσεις και ερεις προς αυτους ακουσατε λογον κυριου

They have seen falsehood and lying divination, who say, ‘Yahweh says;’ but Yahweh has not sent them. They have made men to hope that the word would be confirmed.

They have seen H2372 (QalPerf) vanity H7723 and lying H3577 divination, H7081 saying, H559 (QalActPtc) The Lord H3068 saith: H5002 (QalPasPtc) and the Lord H3068 hath not sent H7971 (QalPerf) them: and they have made others to hope H3176 (PielPerf) that they would confirm H6965 (PielInf) the word. βλεποντες ψευδη μαντευομενοι ματαια οι λεγοντες λεγει κυριος και κυριος ουκ απεσταλκεν αυτους και ηρξαντο του αναστησαι λογον

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

And the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

“‘“If the prophet is deceived and speaks a word, I, Yahweh, have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand on him, and will destroy him from among my people Israel.

And if the prophet H5030 be deceived H6601 (PualImpf) when he hath spoken H1696 (PielPerf) a thing, H1697 I the Lord H3068 have deceived H6601 (PielPerf) that prophet, H5030 and I will stretch out H5186 (QalPerf) my hand H3027 upon him, and will destroy H8045 (HiphPerf) him from the midst H8432 of my people H5971 Israel. H3478

και ο προφητης εαν πλανηθη και λαληση εγω κυριος πεπλανηκα τον προφητην εκεινον και εκτενω την χειρα μου επ αυτον και αφανιω αυτον εκ μεσου του λαου μου ισραηλ

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Again Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Again the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

“Therefore, prostitute, hear Yahweh’s word:

Wherefore, O harlot, H2181 (QalActPtc) hear H8085 (QalImpv) the word H1697 of the Lord: H3068

δια τουτο πορνη ακουε λογον κυριου

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

And the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Moreover the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Yahweh’s word came to me again, saying,

The word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me again, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Then came the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Moreover the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

^[21:1] και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Tell the forest of the south, ‘Hear Yahweh’s word: The Lord Yahweh says, “Behold, I will kindle a fire in you, and it will devour every green tree in you, and every dry tree. The burning flame will not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north will be burned by it.

and say H559 (QalPerf) to the forest H3293 of the south, H5045 Hear H8085 (QalImpv) the word H1697 of the Lord; H3068 Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord H136 God; H3069 Behold, I will kindle H3341 (HiphPtc) a fire H784 in thee, and it shall devour H398 (QalPerf) every green H3892 tree H6086 in thee, and every dry H3002 tree: H6086 the flaming H3852 flame H7957 shall not be quenched, H3518 (QalImpf) and all faces H6440 from the south H5045 to the north H6828 shall be burned H6866 (NiphPerf) therein.

^[21:3] και ερεις τω δρυμω ναγεβ ακουε λογον κυριου ταδε λεγει κυριος κυριος ιδου εγω αναπτω εν σοι πυρ και καταφαγεται εν σοι παν ξυλον χλωρον και παν ξυλον ξηρον ου σβεσθησεται η φλοξ η εξαφθεισα και κατακαυθησεται εν αυτη παν προσωπον απο απηλιωτου εως βορρα

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Yahweh’s word came to me again, saying,

The word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me again, saying, H559 (QalInf)

^[21:23] και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Again, in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Again in the ninth H8671 year, H8141 in the tenth H6224 month, H2320 in the tenth H6218 day of the month, H2320 the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με εν τω ετει τω ενατω εν τω μηνι τω δεκατω δεκατη του μηνος λεγων

Also Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Then I said to them, “Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

και ειπα προς αυτους λογος κυριου προς με εγενετο λεγων

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Tell the children of Ammon, ‘Hear the word of the Lord Yahweh! The Lord Yahweh says, “Because you said, ‘Aha!’ against my sanctuary when it was profaned, and against the land of Israel when it was made desolate, and against the house of Judah when they went into captivity,

and say H559 (QalPerf) unto the Ammonites, H1121 H5983 Hear H8085 (QalImpv) the word H1697 of the Lord H136 God; H3069 Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord H136 God; H3069 Because thou saidst, H559 (QalInf) Aha, H1889 against my sanctuary, H4720 when it was profaned; H2490 (NiphPerf) and against the land H127 of Israel, H3478 when it was desolate; H8074 (NiphPerf) and against the house H1004 of Judah, H3063 when they went H1980 (QalPerf) into captivity; H1473

και ερεις τοις υιοις αμμων ακουσατε λογον κυριου ταδε λεγει κυριος ανθ ων επεχαρητε επι τα αγια μου οτι εβεβηλωθη και επι την γην του ισραηλ οτι ηφανισθη και επι τον οικον του ιουδα οτι επορευθησαν εν αιχμαλωσια

In the eleventh year, in the first of the month, Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

And it came to pass in the eleventh H6249 H6240 year, H8141 in the first H259 day of the month, H2320 that the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενηθη εν τω ενδεκατω ετει μια του μηνος εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Yahweh’s word came again to me, saying,

The word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came again unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Yahweh’s word came again to me, saying,

και εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

In the tenth H6224 year, H8141 in the tenth H6224 month, in the twelfth H8147 H6240 day of the month, H2320 the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

εν τω ετει τω δεκατω εν τω δεκατω μηνι μια του μηνος εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων

It came to pass in the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,

And it came to pass in the seven H7651 and twentieth H6242 year, H8141 in the first H7223 month, in the first H259 day of the month, H2320 the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came unto me, saying, H559 (QalInf)

και εγενετο εν τω εβδομω και εικοστω ετει μια του μηνος του πρωτου εγενετο λογος κυριου προς με λεγων
