και ειπεν μωυσης τη συναγωγη τουτο εστιν το ρημα ο ενετειλατο κυριος ποιησαι

Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the meat at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’

and he said to Aaron, “Take a calf from the herd for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without defect, and offer them before Yahweh.

και τη γερουσια ισραηλ λαλησον λεγων λαβετε χιμαρον εξ αιγων ενα περι αμαρτιας και μοσχαριον και αμνον ενιαυσιον εις ολοκαρπωσιν αμωμα

Moses said, “This is the thing which Yahweh commanded that you should do; and Yahweh’s glory shall appear to you.”

Moses said to Aaron, “Draw near to the altar, and offer your sin offering, and your burnt offering, and make atonement for yourself, and for the people; and offer the offering of the people, and make atonement for them, as Yahweh commanded.”

και ειπεν μωυσης τω ααρων προσελθε προς το θυσιαστηριον και ποιησον το περι της αμαρτιας σου και το ολοκαυτωμα σου και εξιλασαι περι σεαυτου και του οικου σου και ποιησον τα δωρα του λαου και εξιλασαι περι αυτων καθαπερ ενετειλατο κυριος τω μωυση

Then Moses said to Aaron, “This is what Yahweh spoke of, saying, ‘I will show myself holy to those who come near me, and before all the people I will be glorified.’ ” Aaron held his peace.

Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and said to them, “Draw near, carry your brothers from before the sanctuary out of the camp.”

και εκαλεσεν μωυσης τον μισαδαι και τον ελισαφαν υιους οζιηλ υιους του αδελφου του πατρος ααρων και ειπεν αυτοις προσελθατε και αρατε τους αδελφους υμων εκ προσωπου των αγιων εξω της παρεμβολης

Moses said to Aaron, and to Eleazar and to Ithamar, his sons, “Don’t let the hair of your heads go loose, and don’t tear your clothes, so that you don’t die, and so that he will not be angry with all the congregation; but let your brothers, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which Yahweh has kindled.

Then Yahweh said to Aaron,

Moses diligently inquired about the goat of the sin offering, and, behold,^§ it was burned. He was angry with Eleazar and with Ithamar, the sons of Aaron who were left, saying,

Leviticus 10:16 “Behold”, from “הִנֵּה”, means look at, take notice, observe, see, or gaze at. It is often used as an interjection.

“You shall say to them, ‘Any man there is of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,

Therefore I have said to the children of Israel, “No person among you may eat blood, nor may any stranger who lives as a foreigner among you eat blood.”

For as to the life of all flesh, its blood is with its life. Therefore I said to the children of Israel, “You shall not eat the blood of any kind of flesh; for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.”

“Moreover, you shall tell the children of Israel, ‘Anyone of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners in Israel, who gives any of his offspring^§ to Molech shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone that person with stones.

ειπον αυτοις εις τας γενεας υμων πας ανθρωπος ος αν προσελθη απο παντος του σπερματος υμων προς τα αγια οσα αν αγιαζωσιν οι υιοι ισραηλ τω κυριω και η ακαθαρσια αυτου επ αυτω εξολεθρευθησεται η ψυχη εκεινη απ εμου εγω κυριος ο θεος υμων

Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘Whoever is of the house of Israel, or of the foreigners in Israel, who offers his offering, whether it is any of their vows or any of their free will offerings, which they offer to Yahweh for a burnt offering:

Speak H1696 (PielImpv) unto Aaron, H175 and to his sons, H1121 and unto all the children H1121 of Israel, H3478 and say H559 (QalPerf) unto them, Whatsoever H376 he be of the house H1004 of Israel, H3478 or of the strangers H1616 in Israel, H3478 that will offer H7126 (HiphImpf) his oblation H7133 for all his vows, H5088 and for all his freewill offerings, H5071 which they will offer H7126 (HiphImpf) unto the Lord H3068 for a burnt offering; H5930

λαλησον ααρων και τοις υιοις αυτου και παση συναγωγη ισραηλ και ερεις προς αυτους ανθρωπος ανθρωπος απο των υιων ισραηλ η των υιων των προσηλυτων των προσκειμενων προς αυτους εν ισραηλ ος αν προσενεγκη τα δωρα αυτου κατα πασαν ομολογιαν αυτων η κατα πασαν αιρεσιν αυτων οσα αν προσενεγκωσιν τω θεω εις ολοκαυτωμα
