Esther (Greek) – search, read, and compare multiple versions of the Bible

Greek copies of Esther carry six passages the Hebrew does not have: prayers from Mordecai and from Esther, the text of the king's two decrees, a dream and its interpretation, and an expanded account of the approach to the throne. The Hebrew book never names God. These additions name him constantly, which is a good part of why they exist.
