“ ‘When the days of her purification are completed for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the door of the Tent of Meeting, a year old lamb for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove, for a sin offering.

He shall offer it before Yahweh, and make atonement for her; then she shall be cleansed from the fountain of her blood. “ ‘This is the law for her who bears, whether a male or a female.

If she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take two turtledoves or two young pigeons: the one for a burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering. The priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.’ ”

εαν δε μη ευρισκη η χειρ αυτης το ικανον εις αμνον και λημψεται δυο τρυγονας η δυο νεοσσους περιστερων μιαν εις ολοκαυτωμα και μιαν περι αμαρτιας και εξιλασεται περι αυτης ο ιερευς και καθαρισθησεται

“When a man shall have a swelling in his body’s skin, or a scab, or a bright spot, and it becomes in the skin of his body the plague of leprosy, then he shall be brought to Aaron the priest or to one of his sons, the priests.

ανθρωπω εαν τινι γενηται εν δερματι χρωτος αυτου ουλη σημασιας τηλαυγης και γενηται εν δερματι χρωτος αυτου αφη λεπρας και αχθησεται προς ααρων τον ιερεα η ενα των υιων αυτου των ιερεων

Or if the raw flesh turns again, and is changed to white, then he shall come to the priest.

and in the place of the boil there is a white swelling, or a bright spot, reddish-white, then it shall be shown to the priest.

“When a man or woman has a plague on the head or on the beard,

then the priest shall examine the plague; and behold, if its appearance is deeper than the skin, and the hair in it is yellow and thin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is an itch. It is leprosy of the head or of the beard.

Then the priest H3548 shall see H7200 (QalPerf) the plague: H5061 and, behold, if it [be] in sight H4758 deeper H6013 than the skin; H5785 [and there be] in it a yellow H6669 thin H1851 hair; H8181 then the priest H3548 shall pronounce him unclean: H2930 (PielPerf) it [is] a dry scall, H5424 [even] a leprosy H6883 upon the head H7218 or beard. But if a reddish-white plague is in the bald head or the bald forehead, it is leprosy breaking out in his bald head or his bald forehead.

“The garment also that the plague of leprosy is in, whether it is a woolen garment, or a linen garment;

if the plague is greenish or reddish in the garment, or in the leather, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in anything made of leather; it is the plague of leprosy, and shall be shown to the priest.

And if the plague H5061 be greenish H3422 or reddish H125 in the garment, H899 or in the skin, H5785 either H176 in the warp, H8359 or in the woof, H6154 or in any thing H3627 of skin; H5785 it [is] a plague H5061 of leprosy, H6883 and shall be shewed H7200 (HophPerf) unto the priest: H3548

και γενηται η αφη χλωριζουσα η πυρριζουσα εν τω δερματι η εν τω ιματιω η εν τω στημονι η εν τη κροκη η εν παντι σκευει εργασιμω δερματος αφη λεπρας εστιν και δειξει τω ιερει

He shall examine the plague on the seventh day. If the plague has spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in the skin, whatever use the skin is used for, the plague is a destructive mildew. It is unclean.

And he shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on the plague H5061 on the seventh H7637 day: H3117 if the plague H5061 be spread H6581 (QalPerf) in the garment, H899 either in the warp, H8359 or in the woof, H6154 or in a skin, H5785 [or] in any work H4399 that is made H6213 (NiphImpf) of skin; H5785 the plague H5061 [is] a fretting H3992 (HiphPtc) leprosy; H6883 it [is] unclean. H2931

και οψεται ο ιερευς την αφην τη ημερα τη εβδομη εαν δε διαχεηται η αφη εν τω ιματιω η εν τω στημονι η εν τη κροκη η εν τω δερματι κατα παντα οσα αν ποιηθη δερματα εν τη εργασια λεπρα εμμονος εστιν η αφη ακαθαρτος εστιν

He shall burn the garment, whether the warp or the woof, in wool or in linen, or anything of leather, in which the plague is, for it is a destructive mildew. It shall be burned in the fire.

He shall therefore burn H8313 (QalPerf) that garment, H899 whether warp H8359 or woof, H6154 in woollen H6785 or in linen, H6593 or any thing H3627 of skin, H5785 wherein the plague H5061 is: for it [is] a fretting H3992 (HiphPtc) leprosy; H6883 it shall be burnt H8313 (NiphImpf) in the fire. H784

κατακαυσει το ιματιον η τον στημονα η την κροκην εν τοις ερεοις η εν τοις λινοις η εν παντι σκευει δερματινω εν ω εαν η εν αυτω η αφη οτι λεπρα εμμονος εστιν εν πυρι κατακαυθησεται

“If the priest examines it, and behold, the plague hasn’t spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in anything of skin;

And if the priest H3548 shall look, H7200 (QalImpf) and, behold, the plague H5061 be not spread H6581 (QalPerf) in the garment, H899 either H176 in the warp, H8359 or H176 in the woof, H6154 or H176 in any thing H3627 of skin; H5785

εαν δε ιδη ο ιερευς και μη διαχεηται η αφη εν τω ιματιω η εν τω στημονι η εν τη κροκη η εν παντι σκευει δερματινω

Then the priest shall examine it, after the plague is washed; and behold, if the plague hasn’t changed its color, and the plague hasn’t spread, it is unclean; you shall burn it in the fire. It is a mildewed spot, whether the bareness is inside or outside.

And the priest H3548 shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on the plague, H5061 after H310 that it is washed: H3526 (HotpInf) and, behold, [if] the plague H5061 have not changed H2015 (QalPerf) his colour, H5869 and the plague H5061 be not spread; H6581 (QalPerf) it [is] unclean; H2931 thou shalt burn H8313 (QalImpf) it in the fire; H784 it [is] fret H6356 inward, [whether] it [be] bare within H7146 or without. H1372

και οψεται ο ιερευς μετα το πλυθηναι αυτο την αφην και ηδε μη μετεβαλεν την οψιν η αφη και η αφη ου διαχειται ακαθαρτον εστιν εν πυρι κατακαυθησεται εστηρισται εν τω ιματιω η εν τω στημονι η εν τη κροκη

If the priest looks, and behold, the plague has faded after it is washed, then he shall tear it out of the garment, or out of the skin, or out of the warp, or out of the woof;

And if the priest H3548 look, H7200 (QalPerf) and, behold, the plague H5061 [be] somewhat dark H3544 after H310 the washing H3526 (HotpInf) of it; then he shall rend H7167 (QalPerf) it out of the garment, H899 or out of the skin, H5785 or out of the warp, H8359 or out of the woof: H6154

και εαν ιδη ο ιερευς και η αμαυρα η αφη μετα το πλυθηναι αυτο απορρηξει αυτο απο του ιματιου η απο του δερματος η απο του στημονος η απο της κροκης

and if it appears again in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in anything of skin, it is spreading. You shall burn what the plague is in with fire.

And if it appear H7200 (NiphImpf) still H5750 in the garment, H899 either in the warp, H8359 or in the woof, H6154 or in any thing H3627 of skin; H5785 it [is] a spreading H6524 (QalActPtc) [plague]: thou shalt burn H8313 (QalImpf) that wherein the plague H5061 [is] with fire. H784

εαν δε οφθη ετι εν τω ιματιω η εν τω στημονι η εν τη κροκη η εν παντι σκευει δερματινω λεπρα εξανθουσα εστιν εν πυρι κατακαυθησεται εν ω εστιν η αφη

The garment, either the warp, or the woof, or whatever thing of skin it is, which you shall wash, if the plague has departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time, and it will be clean.”

And the garment, H899 either warp, H8359 or woof, H6154 or whatsoever thing H3627 of skin H5785 [it be], which thou shalt wash, H3526 (PielImpf) if the plague H5061 be departed H5493 (QalPerf) from them, then it shall be washed H3526 (PualPerf) the second H8145 time, and shall be clean. και το ιματιον η ο στημων η η κροκη η παν σκευος δερματινον ο πλυθησεται και αποστησεται απ αυτου η αφη και πλυθησεται το δευτερον και καθαρον εσται

This is the law of the plague of mildew in a garment of wool or linen, either in the warp, or the woof, or in anything of skin, to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean.

This [is] the law H8451 of the plague H5061 of leprosy H6883 in a garment H899 of woollen H6785 or linen, H6593 either in the warp, H8359 or woof, H6154 or any thing H3627 of skins, H5785 to pronounce it clean, H2891 (PielInf) or to pronounce it unclean. H2930 (PielInf)

and two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to afford; and the one shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt offering.

He shall offer one of the turtledoves, or of the young pigeons, which ever he is able to afford,

και ποιησει μιαν των τρυγονων η απο των νεοσσων των περιστερων καθοτι ευρεν αυτου η χειρ

He shall examine the plague; and behold, if the plague is in the walls of the house with hollow streaks, greenish or reddish, and it appears to be deeper than the wall,

And he shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on the plague, H5061 and, behold, [if] the plague H5061 [be] in the walls H7023 of the house H1004 with hollow strakes, H8258 greenish H3422 or reddish, H125 which in sight H4758 [are] lower H8217 than H4480 the wall; H7023

και οψεται την αφην εν τοις τοιχοις της οικιας κοιλαδας χλωριζουσας η πυρριζουσας και η οψις αυτων ταπεινοτερα των τοιχων

This shall be his uncleanness in his discharge: whether his body runs with his discharge, or his body has stopped from his discharge, it is his uncleanness.

And this shall be his uncleanness H2932 in his issue: H2101 whether his flesh H1320 run H7325 (QalPerf) with his issue, H2101 or his flesh H1320 be stopped H2856 (HiphPerf) from his issue, H2101 it [is] his uncleanness. H2932

και τη ημερα τη ογδοη λημψεται εαυτω δυο τρυγονας η δυο νεοσσους περιστερων και οισει αυτα εναντι κυριου επι τας θυρας της σκηνης του μαρτυριου και δωσει αυτα τω ιερει

If it is on the bed, or on anything she sits on, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until the evening.

And if it [be] on [her] bed, H4904 or on any thing H3627 whereon she sitteth, H3427 (QalActPtc) when he toucheth H5060 (QalInf) it, he shall be unclean H2930 (QalImpf) until the even. H6153

εαν δε εν τη κοιτη αυτης ουσης η επι του σκευους ου εαν καθιση επ αυτω εν τω απτεσθαι αυτον αυτης ακαθαρτος εσται εως εσπερας

“ ‘If a woman has a discharge of her blood many days not in the time of her period, or if she has a discharge beyond the time of her period, all the days of the discharge of her uncleanness shall be as in the days of her period. She is unclean.

And if a woman H802 have H2100 (QalImpf) an issue H2101 of her blood H1818 many H7227 days H3117 out H3808 of the time H6256 of her separation, H5079 or if it run H2100 (QalImpf) beyond the time H5921 of her separation; H5079 all the days H3117 of the issue H2101 of her uncleanness H2932 shall be as the days H3117 of her separation: H5079 she [shall be] unclean. ασχημοσυνην θυγατρος υιου σου η θυγατρος θυγατρος σου ουκ αποκαλυψεις την ασχημοσυνην αυτων οτι ση ασχημοσυνη εστιν

“ ‘If a man takes his sister—his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter—and sees her nakedness, and she sees his nakedness, it is a shameful thing. They shall be cut off in the sight of the children of their people. He has uncovered his sister’s nakedness. He shall bear his iniquity.

And if a man H376 shall take H3947 (QalImpf) his sister, H269 his father’s H1 daughter, H1323 or H176 his mother’s H517 daughter, H1323 and see H7200 (QalPerf) her nakedness, H6172 and she see H7200 (QalImpf) his nakedness; H6172 it [is] a wicked thing; H2617 and they shall be cut off H3772 (NiphPerf) in the sight H5869 of their people: H5971 H1121 he hath uncovered H1540 (PielPerf) his sister’s H269 nakedness; H6172 he shall bear H5375 (QalImpf) his iniquity. “ ‘A man or a woman that is a medium or is a wizard shall surely be put to death. They shall be stoned with stones. Their blood shall be upon themselves.’ ”

και ανηρ η γυνη ος αν γενηται αυτων εγγαστριμυθος η επαοιδος θανατω θανατουσθωσαν αμφοτεροι λιθοις λιθοβολησατε αυτους ενοχοι εισιν

For whatever man he is that has a defect, he shall not draw near: a blind man, or a lame, or he who has a flat nose, or any deformity,

πας ανθρωπος ω αν η εν αυτω μωμος ου προσελευσεται ανθρωπος χωλος η τυφλος η κολοβορριν η ωτοτμητος

or a man who has an injured foot, or an injured hand,

Or a man H376 that is brokenfooted, H7667 H7272 or brokenhanded, H7667 H3027

η ανθρωπος ω εστιν εν αυτω συντριμμα χειρος η συντριμμα ποδος

or hunchbacked, or a dwarf, or one who has a defect in his eye, or an itching disease, or scabs, or who has damaged testicles.

Or crookbackt, H1384 or a dwarf, H1851 or that hath a blemish H8400 in his eye, H5869 or be scurvy, H1618 or scabbed, H3217 or hath his stones H810 broken; H4790

“ ‘Whoever of the offspring of Aaron is a leper or has a discharge shall not eat of the holy things until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man who has a seminal emission,

or whoever touches any creeping thing by which he may be made unclean, or a man from whom he may become unclean, whatever uncleanness he has—

η οστις αν αψηται παντος ερπετου ακαθαρτου ο μιανει αυτον η επ ανθρωπω εν ω μιανει αυτον κατα πασαν ακαθαρσιαν αυτου

Whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh to accomplish a vow, or for a free will offering of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted. It shall have no defect.

And whosoever H376 offereth H7126 (HiphImpf) a sacrifice H2077 of peace offerings H8002 unto the Lord H3068 to accomplish H6381 (PielInf) [his] vow, H5088 or a freewill offering H5071 in beeves H1241 or sheep, H6629 it shall be perfect H8549 to be accepted; H7522 there shall be no blemish H3971 therein.

και ανθρωπος ος αν προσενεγκη θυσιαν σωτηριου τω κυριω διαστειλας ευχην κατα αιρεσιν η εν ταις εορταις υμων εκ των βουκολιων η εκ των προβατων αμωμον εσται εις δεκτον πας μωμος ουκ εσται εν αυτω

You shall not offer what is blind, is injured, is maimed, has a wart, is festering, or has a running sore to Yahweh, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to Yahweh.

Blind, H5788 or broken, H7665 (QalPasPtc) or maimed, H2782 (QalPasPtc) or having a wen, H2990 or scurvy, H1618 or scabbed, H3217 ye shall not offer H7126 (HiphImpf) these unto the Lord, H3068 nor make H5414 (QalImpf) an offering by fire H801 of them upon the altar H4196 unto the Lord. H3068

τυφλον η συντετριμμενον η γλωσσοτμητον η μυρμηκιωντα η ψωραγριωντα η λιχηνας εχοντα ου προσαξουσιν ταυτα τω κυριω και εις καρπωσιν ου δωσετε απ αυτων επι το θυσιαστηριον τω κυριω

“When a bull, a sheep, or a goat is born, it shall remain seven days with its mother. From the eighth day on it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to Yahweh.

When a bullock, H7794 or a sheep, H3775 or a goat, H5795 is brought forth, H3205 (NiphImpf) then it shall be seven H7651 days H3117 under the dam; H517 and from the eighth H8066 day H3117 and thenceforth H1973 it shall be accepted H7521 (NiphImpf) for an offering H7133 made by fire H801 unto the Lord. μοσχον η προβατον η αιγα ως αν τεχθη και εσται επτα ημερας υπο την μητερα τη δε ημερα τη ογδοη και επεκεινα δεχθησεται εις δωρα καρπωμα κυριω

Whether it is a cow or ewe, you shall not kill it and its young both in one day.

και μοσχον η προβατον αυτην και τα παιδια αυτης ου σφαξεις εν ημερα μια

“ ‘If you sell anything to your neighbor, or buy from your neighbor, you shall not wrong one another.

And if thou sell H4376 (QalImpf) ought H4465 unto thy neighbour, H5997 or buyest H7069 (QalInf) [ought] of thy neighbour’s H5997 hand, H3027 ye shall not oppress H3238 (HiphImpf) one H376 another: H251

εαν δε αποδω πρασιν τω πλησιον σου εαν και κτηση παρα του πλησιον σου μη θλιβετω ανθρωπος τον πλησιον

“ ‘If an alien or temporary resident with you becomes rich, and your brother beside him has grown poor, and sells himself to the stranger or foreigner living among you, or to a member of the stranger’s family,

And if a sojourner H1616 or stranger H8453 wax rich H5381 (HiphImpf) by thee, H3027 and thy brother H251 [that dwelleth] by him wax poor, H4134 (QalActPtc) and sell H4376 (NiphPerf) himself unto the stranger H1616 [or] sojourner H8453 by thee, or to the stock H6133 of the stranger’s H1616 family: H4940

εαν δε ευρη η χειρ του προσηλυτου η του παροικου του παρα σοι και απορηθεις ο αδελφος σου πραθη τω προσηλυτω η τω παροικω τω παρα σοι εκ γενετης προσηλυτω

or his uncle, or his uncle’s son, may redeem him, or any who is a close relative to him of his family may redeem him; or if he has grown rich, he may redeem himself.

Either his uncle, H1730 or his uncle’s H1730 son, H1121 may redeem H1350 (QalImpf) him, or [any] that is nigh H7607 of kin H1320 unto him of his family H4940 may redeem H1350 (QalImpf) him; or if he be able, H5381 (HiphPerf) he may redeem H1350 (NiphPerf) himself. H3027

αδελφος πατρος αυτου η υιος αδελφου πατρος λυτρωσεται αυτον η απο των οικειων των σαρκων αυτου εκ της φυλης αυτου λυτρωσεται αυτον εαν δε ευπορηθεις ταις χερσιν λυτρωσηται εαυτον
