ενεκα τουτου εξηλθον εις συναντησιν σοι ποθουσα το σον προσωπον ευρηκα σε

I love those who love me. Those who seek me diligently will find me.

εγω τους εμε φιλουντας αγαπω οι δε εμε ζητουντες ευρησουσιν

He who diligently seeks good seeks favor, but he who searches after evil, it shall come to him.

One who spares the rod hates his son, but one who loves him is careful to discipline him.

η επιθυμει η ψυχη ημων εκ νυκτος ορθριζει το πνευμα μου προς σε ο θεος διοτι φως τα προσταγματα σου επι της γης δικαιοσυνην μαθετε οι ενοικουντες επι της γης
