Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, “This is the land which you shall inherit by lot, which Yahweh has commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half-tribe;

συνταξον τοις υιοις ισραηλ και δωσουσιν τοις λευιταις απο των κληρων κατασχεσεως αυτων πολεις κατοικειν και τα προαστεια των πολεων κυκλω αυτων δωσουσιν τοις λευιταις

They said, “Yahweh commanded my lord to give the land for inheritance by lot to the children of Israel. My lord was commanded by Yahweh to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother to his daughters.

Moses commanded the children of Israel according to Yahweh’s word, saying, “The tribe of the sons of Joseph speak what is right.

This is the thing which Yahweh commands concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, ‘Let them be married to whom they think best, only they shall marry into the family of the tribe of their father.

I commanded you at that time all the things which you should do.

και τω λαω εντειλαι λεγων υμεις παραπορευεσθε δια των οριων των αδελφων υμων υιων ησαυ οι κατοικουσιν εν σηιρ και φοβηθησονται υμας και ευλαβηθησονται υμας σφοδρα

Only to the land of the children of Ammon you didn’t come near: all the banks of the river Jabbok, and the cities of the hill country, and wherever Yahweh our God forbade us.

I commanded you at that time, saying, “Yahweh your God has given you this land to possess it. All of you men of valor shall pass over armed before your brothers, the children of Israel.

και ενετειλαμην υμιν εν τω καιρω εκεινω λεγων κυριος ο θεος υμων εδωκεν υμιν την γην ταυτην εν κληρω ενοπλισαμενοι προπορευεσθε προ προσωπου των αδελφων υμων υιων ισραηλ πας δυνατος

I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, “Your eyes have seen all that Yahweh your God has done to these two kings. So shall Yahweh do to all the kingdoms where you go over.

But commission Joshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him; for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which you shall see.”

You shall not add to the word which I command you, neither shall you take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you.

Behold, I have taught you statutes and ordinances, even as Yahweh my God commanded me, that you should do so in the middle of the land where you go in to possess it.

He declared to you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even the ten commandments. He wrote them on two stone tablets.

Yahweh commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and ordinances, that you might do them in the land where you go over to possess it.

And the Lord H3068 commanded H6680 (PielPerf) me at that time H6256 to teach H3925 (PielInf) you statutes H2706 and judgments, H4941 that ye might do H6213 (QalInf) them in the land H776 whither ye go over H5674 (QalActPtc) to possess H3423 (QalInf) it.

και εμοι ενετειλατο κυριος εν τω καιρω εκεινω διδαξαι υμας δικαιωματα και κρισεις ποιειν αυτα υμας επι της γης εις ην υμεις εισπορευεσθε εκει κληρονομειν αυτην

Be careful, lest you forget the covenant of Yahweh your God, which he made with you, and make yourselves a carved image in the form of anything which Yahweh your God has forbidden you.

Take heed H8104 (NiphImpv) unto yourselves, lest ye forget H7911 (QalImpf) the covenant H1285 of the Lord H3068 your God, H430 which he made H3772 (QalPerf) with you, and make H6213 (QalPerf) you a graven image, H6459 or the likeness H8544 of any H3605 thing, which the Lord H3068 thy God H430 hath forbidden H6680 (PielPerf) thee.

προσεχετε υμεις μη επιλαθησθε την διαθηκην κυριου του θεου υμων ην διεθετο προς υμας και ποιησητε υμιν εαυτοις γλυπτον ομοιωμα παντων ων συνεταξεν κυριος ο θεος σου

You shall keep his statutes and his commandments which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which Yahweh your God gives you for all time.

Thou shalt keep H8104 (QalPerf) therefore his statutes, H2706 and his commandments, H4687 which I command H6680 (PielPtc) thee this day, H3117 that it may go well H3190 (QalImpf) with thee, and with thy children H1121 after H310 thee, and that thou mayest prolong H748 (HiphImpf) thy days H3117 upon the earth, H127 which the Lord H3068 thy God H430 giveth H5414 (QalActPtc) thee, for ever.

και φυλαξη τα δικαιωματα αυτου και τας εντολας αυτου οσας εγω εντελλομαι σοι σημερον ινα ευ σοι γενηται και τοις υιοις σου μετα σε οπως μακροημεροι γενησθε επι της γης ης κυριος ο θεος σου διδωσιν σοι πασας τας ημερας

“Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your God commanded you.

Keep H8104 (QalInf) the sabbath H7676 day H3117 to sanctify H6942 (PielInf) it, as the Lord H3068 thy God H430 hath commanded H6680 (PielPerf) thee.

φυλαξαι την ημεραν των σαββατων αγιαζειν αυτην ον τροπον ενετειλατο σοι κυριος ο θεος σου

You shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and Yahweh your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm. Therefore Yahweh your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

“Honor your father and your mother, as Yahweh your God commanded you, that your days may be long and that it may go well with you in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.

You shall observe to do therefore as Yahweh your God has commanded you. You shall not turn away to the right hand or to the left.

Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the ordinances, which Yahweh your God commanded to teach you, that you might do them in the land that you go over to possess;

that you might fear Yahweh your God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command you—you, your son, and your son’s son, all the days of your life; and that your days may be prolonged.

φυλασσων φυλαξη τας εντολας κυριου του θεου σου τα μαρτυρια και τα δικαιωματα οσα ενετειλατο σοι

When your son asks you in time to come, saying, “What do the testimonies, the statutes, and the ordinances, which Yahweh our God has commanded you mean?”

And when thy son H1121 asketh H7592 (QalImpf) thee in time to come,^§ H4279 saying, H559 (QalInf) What mean the testimonies, H5713 and the statutes, H2706 and the judgments, H4941 which the Lord H3068 our God H430 hath commanded H6680 (PielPerf) you?

Deuteronomy 6:20 Heb. tomorrow

και εσται οταν ερωτηση σε ο υιος σου αυριον λεγων τι εστιν τα μαρτυρια και τα δικαιωματα και τα κριματα οσα ενετειλατο κυριος ο θεος ημων ημιν

Yahweh commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Yahweh our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as we are today.

Yahweh said to me, “Arise, get down quickly from here; for your people whom you have brought out of Egypt have corrupted themselves. They have quickly turned away from the way which I commanded them. They have made a molten image for themselves!”

It shall happen, if you shall listen diligently to my commandments which I command you today, to love Yahweh your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,

εαν δε ακοη εισακουσητε πασας τας εντολας αυτου οσας εγω εντελλομαι σοι σημερον αγαπαν κυριον τον θεον σου και λατρευειν αυτω εξ ολης της καρδιας σου και εξ ολης της ψυχης σου

For if you shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you—to do them, to love Yahweh your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cling to him—

the blessing, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God, which I command you today;

και τας καταρας εαν μη ακουσητε τας εντολας κυριου του θεου υμων οσας εγω εντελλομαι υμιν σημερον και πλανηθητε απο της οδου ης ενετειλαμην υμιν πορευθεντες λατρευειν θεοις ετεροις ους ουκ οιδατε

then it shall happen that to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the wave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to Yahweh.
