Exodus 4:9 Heb. shall be and shall be

και εσται εαν μη πιστευσωσιν σοι τοις δυσι σημειοις τουτοις μηδε εισακουσωσιν της φωνης σου λημψη απο του υδατος του ποταμου και εκχεεις επι το ξηρον και εσται το υδωρ ο εαν λαβης απο του ποταμου αιμα επι του ξηρου

Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak.”

Now therefore go, H3212 (QalImpv) and I will be with thy mouth, H6310 and teach H3384 (HiphPerf) thee what thou shalt say. H1696 (PielImpf)

και νυν πορευου και εγω ανοιξω το στομα σου και συμβιβασω σε ο μελλεις λαλησαι

You shall speak to him, and put the words in his mouth. I will be with your mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what you shall do.

And thou shalt speak H1696 (PielPerf) unto him, and put H7760 (QalPerf) words H1697 in his mouth: H6310 and I will be with thy mouth, H6310 and with his mouth, H6310 and will teach H3384 (HiphPerf) you what ye shall do. H6213 (QalImpf)

και ερεις προς αυτον και δωσεις τα ρηματα μου εις το στομα αυτου και εγω ανοιξω το στομα σου και το στομα αυτου και συμβιβασω υμας α ποιησετε

He will be your spokesman to the people. It will happen that he will be to you a mouth, and you will be to him as God.

And he shall be thy spokesman H1696 (PielPerf) unto the people: H5971 and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, H6310 and thou shalt be to him instead of God. H430

και αυτος σοι προσλαλησει προς τον λαον και αυτος εσται σου στομα συ δε αυτω εση τα προς τον θεον

On the way at a lodging place, Yahweh met Moses and wanted to kill him.

And it came to pass by the way H1870 in the inn, H4411 that the Lord H3068 met H6298 (QalImpf) him, and sought H1245 (PielImpf) to kill H4191 (HiphInf) him.

εγενετο δε εν τη οδω εν τω καταλυματι συνηντησεν αυτω αγγελος κυριου και εζητει αυτον αποκτειναι

The taskmasters were urgent saying, “Fulfill your work quota daily, as when there was straw!”

And the taskmasters H5065 (QalActPtc) hasted H213 (QalPtc) them, saying, H559 (QalInf) Fulfil H3615 (PielImpv) your works, H4639 your daily H3117 tasks,^§ H1697 as when there was H1961 (QalInf) straw. H8401

Exodus 5:13 Heb. a matter of a day in his day

οι δε εργοδιωκται κατεσπευδον αυτους λεγοντες συντελειτε τα εργα τα καθηκοντα καθ ημεραν καθαπερ και οτε το αχυρον εδιδοτο υμιν

I will take you to myself for a people. I will be your God; and you shall know that I am Yahweh your God, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.

and I will take H3947 (QalPerf) you to me for a people, H5971 and I will be to you a God: H430 and ye shall know H3045 (QalPerf) that I am the Lord H3068 your God, H430 which bringeth H3318 (HiphPtc) you out from under the burdens H5450 of the Egyptians. H4714

και λημψομαι εμαυτω υμας λαον εμοι και εσομαι υμων θεος και γνωσεσθε οτι εγω κυριος ο θεος υμων ο εξαγαγων υμας εκ της καταδυναστειας των αιγυπτιων

On the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt,

And it came to pass on the day H3117 when the Lord H3068 spake H1696 (PielInf) unto Moses H4872 in the land H776 of Egypt, H4714

η ημερα ελαλησεν κυριος μωυση εν γη αιγυπτω

Yahweh said to Moses, “Behold, I have made you as God to Pharaoh; and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.

And the Lord H3068 said H559 (QalImpf) unto Moses, H4872 See, H7200 (QalImpv) I have made H5414 (QalPerf) thee a god H430 to Pharaoh: H6547 and Aaron H175 thy brother H251 shall be thy prophet. H5030

και ειπεν κυριος προς μωυσην λεγων ιδου δεδωκα σε θεον φαραω και ααρων ο αδελφος σου εσται σου προφητης

“When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, ‘Perform a miracle!’ then you shall tell Aaron, ‘Take your rod, and cast it down before Pharaoh, and it will become a serpent.’”

When Pharaoh H6547 shall speak H1696 (PielImpf) unto you, saying, H559 (QalInf) Shew H5414 (QalImpv) a miracle H4159 for you: then thou shalt say H559 (QalPerf) unto Aaron, H175 Take H3947 (QalImpv) thy rod, H4294 and cast H7993 (HiphImpv) it before H6440 Pharaoh, H6547 and it shall become a serpent. H8577

και εαν λαληση προς υμας φαραω λεγων δοτε ημιν σημειον η τερας και ερεις ααρων τω αδελφω σου λαβε την ραβδον και ριψον αυτην επι την γην εναντιον φαραω και εναντιον των θεραποντων αυτου και εσται δρακων

Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh, and they did so, as Yahweh had commanded. Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

And Moses H4872 and Aaron H175 went in H935 (QalImpf) unto Pharaoh, H6547 and they did H6213 (QalImpf) so as the Lord H3068 had commanded: H6680 (PielPerf) and Aaron H175 cast down H7993 (HiphImpf) his rod H4294 before H6440 Pharaoh, H6547 and before H6440 his servants, H5650 and it became a serpent. H8577

εισηλθεν δε μωυσης και ααρων εναντιον φαραω και των θεραποντων αυτου και εποιησαν ουτως καθαπερ ενετειλατο αυτοις κυριος και ερριψεν ααρων την ραβδον εναντιον φαραω και εναντιον των θεραποντων αυτου και εγενετο δρακων

For they each cast down their rods, and they became serpents; but Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods.

For they cast down H7993 (HiphImpf) every man H376 his rod, H4294 and they became serpents: H8577 but Aaron’s H175 rod H4294 swallowed up H1104 (QalImpf) their rods. H4294

και ερριψαν εκαστος την ραβδον αυτου και εγενοντο δρακοντες και κατεπιεν η ραβδος η ααρων τας εκεινων ραβδους

Yahweh said to Moses, “Tell Aaron, ‘Take your rod, and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt, over their rivers, over their streams, and over their pools, and over all their ponds of water, that they may become blood. There will be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood and in vessels of stone.’”

And the Lord H3068 spake H559 (QalImpf) unto Moses, H4872 Say H559 (QalImpv) unto Aaron, H175 Take H3947 (QalImpv) thy rod, H4294 and stretch out H5186 (QalImpv) thine hand H3027 upon the waters H4325 of Egypt, H4714 upon their streams, H5104 upon their rivers, H2975 and upon their ponds, H98 and upon all their pools H4723 of water,^§ H4325 that they may become blood; H1818 and that there may be blood H1818 throughout all the land H776 of Egypt, H4714 both in vessels of wood, H6086 and in vessels of stone. Exodus 7:19 Heb. gathering of their waters

ειπεν δε κυριος προς μωυσην ειπον ααρων τω αδελφω σου λαβε την ραβδον σου και εκτεινον την χειρα σου επι τα υδατα αιγυπτου και επι τους ποταμους αυτων και επι τας διωρυγας αυτων και επι τα ελη αυτων και επι παν συνεστηκος υδωρ αυτων και εσται αιμα και εγενετο αιμα εν παση γη αιγυπτου εν τε τοις ξυλοις και εν τοις λιθοις
