και αφελω την χειρα και τοτε οψη τα οπισω μου το δε προσωπον μου ουκ οφθησεται σοι

No one shall come up with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain. Do not let the flocks or herds graze in front of that mountain.”

και μηδεις αναβητω μετα σου μηδε οφθητω εν παντι τω ορει και τα προβατα και αι βοες μη νεμεσθωσαν πλησιον του ορους εκεινου

He said, “Behold, I make a covenant: before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been worked in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among whom you are shall see the work of Yahweh; for it is an awesome thing that I do with you.

When Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come near him.

The children of Israel saw Moses’ face, that the skin of Moses’ face shone; so Moses put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with him.

Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it as Yahweh had commanded. They had done so; and Moses blessed them.

εαν δε ψυχη αμαρτη και ακουση φωνην ορκισμου και ουτος μαρτυς η εωρακεν η συνοιδεν εαν μη απαγγειλη λημψεται την αμαρτιαν

and a bull and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before Yahweh; and a meal offering mixed with oil: for today Yahweh appears to you.’”

και μοσχον και κριον εις θυσιαν σωτηριου εναντι κυριου και σεμιδαλιν πεφυραμενην εν ελαιω οτι σημερον κυριος οφθησεται εν υμιν

Moses said, “This is the thing which Yahweh commanded that you should do; and Yahweh’s glory shall appear to you.”

And Moses H4872 said, H559 (QalImpf) This is the thing H1697 which the Lord H3068 commanded H6680 (PielPerf) that ye should do: H6213 (QalImpf) and the glory H3519 of the Lord H3068 shall appear H7200 (NiphImpf) unto you.

Moses and Aaron went into the Tent of Meeting, and came out, and blessed the people; and Yahweh’s glory appeared to all the people.

Fire came out from before Yahweh, and consumed the burnt offering and the fat upon the altar. When all the people saw it, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

The priest shall examine the plague in the skin of the body. If the hair in the plague has turned white, and the appearance of the plague is deeper than the body’s skin, it is the plague of leprosy; so the priest shall examine him and pronounce him unclean.

and the priest H3548 shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on the plague H5061 in the skin H5785 of the flesh: H1320 and when the hair H8181 in the plague H5061 is turned H2015 (QalPerf) white, H3836 and the plague H5061 in sight H4758 be deeper H6013 than the skin H5785 of his flesh, H1320 it is a plague H5061 of leprosy: H6883 and the priest H3548 shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on him, and pronounce him unclean. H2930 (PielPerf)

και οψεται ο ιερευς την αφην εν δερματι του χρωτος αυτου και η θριξ εν τη αφη μεταβαλη λευκη και η οψις της αφης ταπεινη απο του δερματος του χρωτος αφη λεπρας εστιν και οψεται ο ιερευς και μιανει αυτον

The priest shall examine him on the seventh day. Behold, if in his eyes the plague is arrested and the plague hasn’t spread in the skin, then the priest shall isolate him for seven more days.

and the priest H3548 shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on him the seventh H7637 day: H3117 and, behold, if the plague H5061 in his sight H5869 be at a stay, H5975 (QalPerf) and the plague H5061 spread H6581 (QalPerf) not in the skin; H5785 then the priest H3548 shall shut H5462 (HiphPerf) him up seven H7651 days H3117 more: H8145

και οψεται ο ιερευς την αφην τη ημερα τη εβδομη και ιδου η αφη μενει εναντιον αυτου ου μετεπεσεν η αφη εν τω δερματι και αφοριει αυτον ο ιερευς επτα ημερας το δευτερον

The priest shall examine him again on the seventh day. Behold, if the plague has faded and the plague hasn’t spread in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him clean. It is a scab. He shall wash his clothes, and be clean.

and the priest H3548 shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on him again H8145 the seventh H7637 day: H3117 and, behold, if the plague H5061 be somewhat dark, H3544 and the plague H5061 spread H6581 (QalPerf) not in the skin, H5785 the priest H3548 shall pronounce him clean: H2891 (PielPerf) it is but a scab: H4556 and he shall wash H3526 (PielPerf) his clothes, H899 and be clean. But if the scab spreads on the skin after he has shown himself to the priest for his cleansing, he shall show himself to the priest again.

But if the scab H4556 spread much H6581 (QalInf) abroad H6581 (QalImpf) in the skin, H5785 after H310 that he hath been seen H7200 (NiphInf) of the priest H3548 for his cleansing, H2893 he shall be seen H7200 (NiphPerf) of the priest H3548 again: H8145

εαν δε μεταβαλουσα μεταπεση η σημασια εν τω δερματι μετα το ιδειν αυτον τον ιερεα του καθαρισαι αυτον και οφθησεται το δευτερον τω ιερει

The priest shall examine him; and behold, if the scab has spread on the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is leprosy.

and if the priest H3548 see H7200 (QalPerf) that, behold, the scab H4556 spreadeth H6581 (QalPerf) in the skin, H5785 then the priest H3548 shall pronounce him unclean: H2930 (PielPerf) it is a leprosy. H6883

and the priest shall examine him. Behold, if there is a white swelling in the skin, and it has turned the hair white, and there is raw flesh in the swelling,

και οψεται ο ιερευς και ιδου ουλη λευκη εν τω δερματι και αυτη μετεβαλεν τριχα λευκην και απο του υγιους της σαρκος της ζωσης εν τη ουλη

then the priest shall examine him. Behold, if the leprosy has covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean of the plague. It has all turned white: he is clean.

But whenever raw flesh appears in him, he shall be unclean.

και η αν ημερα οφθη εν αυτω χρως ζων μιανθησεται

The priest shall examine the raw flesh, and pronounce him unclean: the raw flesh is unclean. It is leprosy.

And the priest H3548 shall see H7200 (QalPerf) the raw H2416 flesh, H1320 and pronounce him to be unclean: H2930 (PielPerf) for the raw H2416 flesh H1320 is unclean: H2931 it is a leprosy. H6883

και οψεται ο ιερευς τον χρωτα τον υγιη και μιανει αυτον ο χρως ο υγιης οτι ακαθαρτος εστιν λεπρα εστιν

The priest shall examine him. Behold, if the plague has turned white, then the priest shall pronounce him clean of the plague. He is clean.

and in the place of the boil there is a white swelling, or a bright spot, reddish-white, then it shall be shown to the priest.

The priest shall examine it. Behold, if its appearance is deeper than the skin, and its hair has turned white, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is the plague of leprosy. It has broken out in the boil.

and if, when the priest H3548 seeth H7200 (QalPerf) it, behold, it be in sight H4758 lower H8217 than the skin, H5785 and the hair H8181 thereof be turned H2015 (QalPerf) white; H3836 the priest H3548 shall pronounce him unclean: H2930 (PielPerf) it is a plague H5061 of leprosy H6883 broken H6524 (QalPerf) out of the boil. But if the priest examines it, and behold, there are no white hairs in it, and it isn’t deeper than the skin, but is dim, then the priest shall isolate him seven days.

But if the priest H3548 look H7200 (QalImpf) on it, and, behold, there be no white H3836 hairs H8181 therein, and if it be not lower H8217 than the skin, H5785 but be somewhat dark; H3544 then the priest H3548 shall shut H5462 (HiphPerf) him up seven H7651 days: H3117

εαν δε ιδη ο ιερευς και ιδου ουκ εστιν εν αυτω θριξ λευκη και ταπεινον μη η απο του δερματος του χρωτος και αυτη η αμαυρα αφοριει αυτον ο ιερευς επτα ημερας

then the priest shall examine it; and behold, if the hair in the bright spot has turned white, and its appearance is deeper than the skin, it is leprosy. It has broken out in the burning, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is the plague of leprosy.

then the priest H3548 shall look H7200 (QalPerf) upon it: and, behold, if the hair H8181 in the bright spot H934 be turned H2015 (NiphPerf) white, H3836 and it be in sight H4758 deeper H6013 than the skin; H5785 it is a leprosy H6883 broken H6524 (QalPerf) out of the burning: H4348 wherefore the priest H3548 shall pronounce him unclean: H2930 (PielPerf) it is the plague H5061 of leprosy. But if the priest H3548 look H7200 (QalImpf) on it, and, behold, there be no white H3836 hair H8181 in the bright spot, H934 and it be no lower H8217 than the other skin, H5785 but be somewhat dark; H3544 then the priest H3548 shall shut H5462 (HiphPerf) him up seven H7651 days: H3117

The priest shall examine him on the seventh day. If it has spread in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is the plague of leprosy.

then the priest H3548 shall see H7200 (QalPerf) the plague: H5061 and, behold, if it be in sight H4758 deeper H6013 than the skin; H5785 and there be in it a yellow H6669 thin H1851 hair; H8181 then the priest H3548 shall pronounce him unclean: H2930 (PielPerf) it is a dry scall, H5424 even a leprosy H6883 upon the head H7218 or beard. If the priest examines the plague of itching, and behold, its appearance isn’t deeper than the skin, and there is no black hair in it, then the priest shall isolate the person infected with itching seven days.

And if the priest H3548 look H7200 (QalImpf) on the plague H5061 of the scall, H5424 and, behold, it be not in sight H4758 deeper H6013 than the skin, H5785 and that there is no black H7838 hair H8181 in it; then the priest H3548 shall shut H5462 (HiphPerf) up him that hath the plague H5061 of the scall H5424 seven H7651 days: H3117

On the seventh day the priest shall examine the plague; and behold, if the itch hasn’t spread, and there is no yellow hair in it, and the appearance of the itch isn’t deeper than the skin,

On the seventh day, the priest shall examine the itch; and behold, if the itch hasn’t spread in the skin, and its appearance isn’t deeper than the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him clean. He shall wash his clothes and be clean.

και οψεται ο ιερευς το θραυσμα τη ημερα τη εβδομη και ιδου ου διεχυθη το θραυσμα εν τω δερματι μετα το ξυρηθηναι αυτον και η οψις του θραυσματος ουκ εστιν κοιλη απο του δερματος και καθαριει αυτον ο ιερευς και πλυναμενος τα ιματια καθαρος εσται

then the priest shall examine him; and behold, if the itch has spread in the skin, the priest shall not look for the yellow hair; he is unclean.

then the priest shall examine them. Behold, if the bright spots on the skin of their body are a dull white, it is a harmless rash. It has broken out in the skin. He is clean.

then the priest H3548 shall look: H7200 (QalPerf) and, behold, if the bright spots H934 in the skin H5785 of their flesh H1320 be darkish H3544 white; H3836 it is a freckled spot H933 that groweth H6524 (QalPerf) in the skin; H5785 he is clean. H2889

if the plague is greenish or reddish in the garment, or in the leather, or in the warp, or in the woof, or in anything made of leather; it is the plague of leprosy, and shall be shown to the priest.

and if the plague H5061 be greenish H3422 or reddish H125 in the garment, H899 or in the skin, H5785 either H176 in the warp, H8359 or in the woof, H6154 or in any thing H3627 of skin;^§ H5785 it is a plague H5061 of leprosy, H6883 and shall be shewed H7200 (HophPerf) unto the priest: H3548

He shall examine the plague on the seventh day. If the plague has spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in the skin, whatever use the skin is used for, the plague is a destructive mildew. It is unclean.

and he shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on the plague H5061 on the seventh H7637 day: H3117 if the plague H5061 be spread H6581 (QalPerf) in the garment, H899 either in the warp, H8359 or in the woof, H6154 or in a skin, H5785 or in any work H4399 that is made H6213 (NiphImpf) of skin; H5785 the plague H5061 is a fretting H3992 (HiphPtc) leprosy; H6883 it is unclean. Then the priest shall examine it, after the plague is washed; and behold, if the plague hasn’t changed its color, and the plague hasn’t spread, it is unclean; you shall burn it in the fire. It is a mildewed spot, whether the bareness is inside or outside.

and the priest H3548 shall look H7200 (QalPerf) on the plague, H5061 after H310 that it is washed: H3526 (HotpInf) and, behold, if the plague H5061 have not changed H2015 (QalPerf) his colour, H5869 and the plague H5061 be not spread; H6581 (QalPerf) it is unclean; H2931 thou shalt burn H8313 (QalImpf) it in the fire; H784 it is fret H6356 inward, whether it be bare within H7146 or without.^§ H1372

Leviticus 13:55 Heb. whether it be bald in the head thereof, or in the forehead thereof

And if the priest H3548 look, H7200 (QalPerf) and, behold, the plague H5061 be somewhat dark H3544 after H310 the washing H3526 (HotpInf) of it; then he shall rend H7167 (QalPerf) it out of the garment, H899 or out of the skin, H5785 or out of the warp, H8359 or out of the woof: H6154

και εαν ιδη ο ιερευς και η αμαυρα η αφη μετα το πλυθηναι αυτο απορρηξει αυτο απο του ιματιου η απο του δερματος η απο του στημονος η απο της κροκης

and if it appears again in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in anything of skin, it is spreading. You shall burn what the plague is in with fire.

and if it appear H7200 (NiphImpf) still H5750 in the garment, H899 either in the warp, H8359 or in the woof, H6154 or in any thing H3627 of skin; H5785 it is a spreading H6524 (QalActPtc) plague: thou shalt burn H8313 (QalImpf) that wherein the plague H5061 is with fire. H784

και εξελευσεται ο ιερευς εξω της παρεμβολης και οψεται ο ιερευς και ιδου ιαται η αφη της λεπρας απο του λεπρου

then he who owns the house shall come and tell the priest, saying, ‘There seems to me to be some sort of plague in the house.’

and he that owneth the house H1004 shall come H935 (QalPerf) and tell H5046 (HiphPerf) the priest, H3548 saying, H559 (QalInf) It seemeth H7200 (NiphPerf) to me there is as it were a plague H5061 in the house: H1004

The priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest goes in to examine the plague, that all that is in the house not be made unclean. Afterward the priest shall go in to inspect the house.
