Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them to the Levites.

“The Levites shall lay their hands on the heads of the bulls, and you shall offer the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering to Yahweh, to make atonement for the Levites.

Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel did so to the Levites. According to all that Yahweh commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so the children of Israel did to them.

The Levites purified themselves from sin, and they washed their clothes; and Aaron offered them for a wave offering before Yahweh and Aaron made atonement for them to cleanse them.

και μετα ταυτα εισηλθον οι λευιται λειτουργειν την λειτουργιαν αυτων εν τη σκηνη του μαρτυριου εναντι ααρων και εναντι των υιων αυτου καθως συνεταξεν κυριος τω μωυση περι των λευιτων ουτως εποιησαν αυτοις

“This is what is assigned to the Levites: from twenty-five years old and upward they shall go in to wait on the service in the work of the Tent of Meeting;

This is it that belongeth unto the Levites: H3881 from twenty H6242 and five H2568 years H8141 old H1121 and upward H4605 they shall go in H935 (QalImpf) to wait H6633 (QalInf) H6635 upon the service H5656 of the tabernacle H168 of the congregation: H4150

τουτο εστιν το περι των λευιτων απο πεντεκαιεικοσαετους και επανω εισελευσονται ενεργειν εν τη σκηνη του μαρτυριου

but shall assist their brothers in the Tent of Meeting, to perform the duty, and shall perform no service. This is how you shall have the Levites do their duties.”

but shall minister H8334 (PielPerf) with their brethren H251 in the tabernacle H168 of the congregation, H4150 to keep H8104 (QalInf) the charge, H4931 and shall do H5647 (QalImpf) no service. H5656 Thus shalt thou do H6213 (QalImpf) unto the Levites H3881 touching their charge. H4931

και λειτουργησει ο αδελφος αυτου εν τη σκηνη του μαρτυριου φυλασσειν φυλακας εργα δε ουκ εργαται ουτως ποιησεις τοις λευιταις εν ταις φυλακαις αυτων

Behold, I myself have taken your brothers the Levites from among the children of Israel. They are a gift to you, dedicated to Yahweh, to do the service of the Tent of Meeting.

And I, behold, I have taken H3947 (QalPerf) your brethren H251 the Levites H3881 from among H8432 the children H1121 of Israel: H3478 to you they are given H5414 (QalPasPtc) as a gift H4979 for the Lord, H3068 to do H5647 (QalInf) the service H5656 of the tabernacle H168 of the congregation. H4150

και εγω ειληφα τους αδελφους υμων τους λευιτας εκ μεσου των υιων ισραηλ δομα δεδομενον κυριω λειτουργειν τας λειτουργιας της σκηνης του μαρτυριου

But the Levites shall do the service of the Tent of Meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. Among the children of Israel, they shall have no inheritance.

But the Levites H3881 shall do H5647 (QalPerf) the service H5656 of the tabernacle H168 of the congregation, H4150 and they shall bear H5375 (QalImpf) their iniquity: H5771 it shall be a statute H2708 for ever H5769 throughout your generations, H1755 that among H8432 the children H1121 of Israel H3478 they have H5157 (QalImpf) no inheritance. H5159

και λειτουργησει ο λευιτης αυτος την λειτουργιαν της σκηνης του μαρτυριου και αυτοι λημψονται τα αμαρτηματα αυτων νομιμον αιωνιον εις τας γενεας αυτων και εν μεσω υιων ισραηλ ου κληρονομησουσιν κληρονομιαν

For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a wave offering to Yahweh, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance. Therefore I have said to them, ‘Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.’ ”

But the tithes H4643 of the children H1121 of Israel, H3478 which they offer H7311 (HiphImpf) as an heave offering H8641 unto the Lord, H3068 I have given H5414 (QalPerf) to the Levites H3881 to inherit: H5159 therefore I have said H559 (QalPerf) unto them, Among H8432 the children H1121 of Israel H3478 they shall have H5157 (QalImpf) no inheritance. H5159

οτι τα επιδεκατα των υιων ισραηλ οσα αν αφορισωσιν κυριω αφαιρεμα δεδωκα τοις λευιταις εν κληρω δια τουτο ειρηκα αυτοις εν μεσω υιων ισραηλ ου κληρονομησουσιν κληρον

“Moreover you shall speak to the Levites, and tell them, ‘When you take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a wave offering of it for Yahweh, a tithe of the tithe.

Thus speak H1696 (PielImpf) unto the Levites, H3881 and say H559 (QalPerf) unto them, When ye take H3947 (QalImpf) of the children H1121 of Israel H3478 the tithes H4643 which I have given H5414 (QalPerf) you from them for your inheritance, H5159 then ye shall offer H7311 (HiphPerf) up an heave offering H8641 of it for the Lord, H3068 even a tenth H4643 part of the tithe. H4643

και τοις λευιταις λαλησεις και ερεις προς αυτους εαν λαβητε παρα των υιων ισραηλ το επιδεκατον ο δεδωκα υμιν παρ αυτων εν κληρω και αφελειτε υμεις απ αυτου αφαιρεμα κυριω επιδεκατον απο του επιδεκατου

“Therefore you shall tell them, ‘When you heave its best from it, then it shall be credited to the Levites as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the wine press.

Therefore thou shalt say H559 (QalPerf) unto them, When ye have heaved H7311 (HiphInf) the best H2459 thereof from it, then it shall be counted H2803 (NiphPerf) unto the Levites H3881 as the increase H8393 of the threshingfloor, H1637 and as the increase H8393 of the winepress. H3342

και ερεις προς αυτους οταν αφαιρητε την απαρχην απ αυτου και λογισθησεται τοις λευιταις ως γενημα απο αλω και ως γενημα απο ληνου
