Isaiah 18 (WEBP)
[1] Ah, the land of the rustling of wings, which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia;
[2] that sends ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of papyrus on the waters, saying, “Go, you swift messengers, to a nation tall and smooth, to a people awesome from their beginning onward, a nation that measures out and treads down, whose land the rivers divide!”
[3] All you inhabitants of the world, and you dwellers on the earth, when a banner is lifted up on the mountains, look! When the trumpet is blown, listen!
[4] For Yahweh said to me, “I will be still, and I will see in my dwelling place, like clear heat in sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.”
[5] For before the harvest, when the blossom is over, and the flower becomes a ripening grape, he will cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and he will cut down and take away the spreading branches.
[6] They will be left together for the ravenous birds of the mountains, and for the animals of the earth. The ravenous birds will eat them in the summer, and all the animals of the earth will eat them in the winter.
[7] In that time, a present will be brought to Yahweh of Armies from a people tall and smooth, even from a people awesome from their beginning onward, a nation that measures out and treads down, whose land the rivers divide, to the place of the name of Yahweh of Armies, Mount Zion.

Isaiah 18 (KJVS)
[1] Woe H1945 to the land H776 shadowing H6767 with wings H3671, which [is] beyond H5676 the rivers H5104 of Ethiopia H3568:
[2] That sendeth H7971 (8802) ambassadors H6735 by the sea H3220, even in vessels H3627 of bulrushes H1573 upon H6440 the waters H4325, [saying], Go H3212 (8798), ye swift H7031 messengers H4397, to a nation H1471 scattered H4900 (8794) and peeled H4178 (8794), to a people H5971 terrible H3372 (8737) from their beginning hitherto H1973; a nation H1471 meted out H6978 and trodden down H4001, whose land H776 the rivers H5104 have spoiled H958 (8804)!
[3] All ye inhabitants H3427 (8802) of the world H8398, and dwellers H7931 (8802) on the earth H776, see H7200 (8799) ye, when he lifteth up H5375 (8800) an ensign H5251 on the mountains H2022; and when he bloweth H8628 (8800) a trumpet H7782, hear H8085 (8799) ye.
[4] For so H3541 the LORD H3068 said H559 (8804) unto me, I will take my rest H8252 (8799), and I will consider H5027 (8686) in my dwelling place H4349 like a clear H6703 heat H2527 upon herbs H216, [and] like a cloud H5645 of dew H2919 in the heat H2527 of harvest H7105.
[5] For afore H6440 the harvest H7105, when the bud H6525 is perfect H8552 (8800), and the sour grape H1155 is ripening H1580 (8802) in the flower H5328, he shall both cut off H3772 (8804) the sprigs H2150 with pruning hooks H4211, and take away H5493 (8689) [and] cut down H8456 (8689) the branches H5189.
[6] They shall be left H5800 (8735) together H3162 unto the fowls H5861 of the mountains H2022, and to the beasts H929 of the earth H776: and the fowls H5861 shall summer H6972 (8804) upon them, and all the beasts H929 of the earth H776 shall winter H2778 (8799) upon them.
[7] In that time H6256 shall the present H7862 be brought H2986 (8714) unto the LORD H3068 of hosts H6635 of a people H5971 scattered H4900 (8794) and peeled H4178 (8794), and from a people H5971 terrible H3372 (8737) from their beginning hitherto H1973; a nation H1471 meted out H6978 and trodden under foot H4001, whose land H776 the rivers H5104 have spoiled H958 (8804), to the place H4725 of the name H8034 of the LORD H3068 of hosts H6635, the mount H2022 Zion H6726.
Young’s Literal Translation
Isaiah 18 (YLT)
[1] Ho, land shadowed with wings, That is beyond the rivers of Cush,
[2] That is sending by sea ambassadors, Even with implements of reed on the face of the waters, -Go, ye light messengers, Unto a nation drawn out and peeled, Unto a people fearful from its beginning and onwards, A nation meeting out by line, and treading down, Whose land floods have spoiled.
[3] All ye inhabitants of the world, And ye dwellers of earth, At the lifting up of an ensign on hills ye look, And at the blowing of a trumpet ye hear.
[4] For thus said Jehovah unto me, ‘I rest, and I look on My settled place, As a clear heat on an herb. As a thick cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.
[5] For before harvest, when the flower is perfect, And the blossom is producing unripe fruit, Then hath one cut the sprigs with pruning hooks, And the branches he hath turned aside, cut down.
[6] They are left together to the ravenous fowl of the mountains, And to the beast of the earth, And summered on them hath the ravenous fowl, And every beast of the earth wintereth on them.
[7] At that time brought is a present to Jehovah of Hosts, A nation drawn out and peeled. Even of a people fearful from the beginning hitherto, A nation meting out by line, and treading down, Whose land floods have spoiled, Unto the place of the name of Jehovah of Hosts-mount Zion!’
