Isaiah 20 (WEBP)
[1] In the year that Tartan came to Ashdod, when Sargon the king of Assyria sent him, and he fought against Ashdod and took it;
[2] at that time Yahweh spoke by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, “Go, and loosen the sackcloth from off your waist, and take your sandals from off your feet.” He did so, walking naked and barefoot.
[3] Yahweh said, “As my servant Isaiah has walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and a wonder concerning Egypt and concerning Ethiopia,
[4] so the king of Assyria will lead away the captives of Egypt and the exiles of Ethiopia, young and old, naked and barefoot, and with buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt.
[5] They will be dismayed and confounded, because of Ethiopia their expectation, and of Egypt their glory.
[6] The inhabitants of this coast land will say in that day, ‘Behold, this is our expectation, where we fled for help to be delivered from the king of Assyria. And we, how will we escape?’ ”

Isaiah 20 (KJVS)
[1] In the year H8141 that Tartan H8661 came H935 (8800) unto Ashdod H795, (when Sargon H5623 the king H4428 of Assyria H804 sent H7971 (8800) him,) and fought H3898 (8735) against Ashdod H795, and took H3920 (8799) it;
[2] At the same time H6256 spake H1696 (8765) the LORD H3068 by H3027 Isaiah H3470 the son H1121 of Amoz H531, saying H559 (8800), Go H3212 (8798) and loose H6605 (8765) the sackcloth H8242 from off thy loins H4975, and put off H2502 (8799) thy shoe H5275 from thy foot H7272. And he did so H6213 (8799), walking H1980 (8800) naked H6174 and barefoot H3182.
[3] And the LORD H3068 said H559 (8799), Like as my servant H5650 Isaiah H3470 hath walked H1980 (8804) naked H6174 and barefoot H3182 three H7969 years H8141 [for] a sign H226 and wonder H4159 upon Egypt H4714 and upon Ethiopia H3568;
[4] So shall the king H4428 of Assyria H804 lead away H5090 (8799) the Egyptians H4714 prisoners H7628, and the Ethiopians H3568 captives H1546, young H5288 and old H2205, naked H6174 and barefoot H3182, even with [their] buttocks H8357 uncovered H2834 (8803), to the shame H6172 of Egypt H4714.
[5] And they shall be afraid H2865 (8804) and ashamed H954 (8804) of Ethiopia H3568 their expectation H4007, and of Egypt H4714 their glory H8597.
[6] And the inhabitant H3427 (8802) of this isle H339 shall say H559 (8804) in that day H3117, Behold, such H3541 [is] our expectation H4007, whither we flee H5127 (8804) for help H5833 to be delivered H5337 (8736) from H6440 the king H4428 of Assyria H804: and how shall we escape H4422 (8735)?
Young’s Literal Translation
Isaiah 20 (YLT)
[1] In the year of the coming in of Tartan to Ashdod, when Sargon king of Asshur sendeth him, and he fighteth against Ashdod, and captureth it,
[2] at that time spake Jehovah by the hand of Isaiah son of Amoz, saying, ‘Go, and thou hast loosed the sackcloth from off thy loins, and thy sandal thou dost draw from off thy foot,’ and he doth so, going naked and barefoot.
[3] And Jehovah saith, ‘As My servant Isaiah hath gone naked and barefoot three years, a sign and a wonder for Egypt and for Cush,
[4] so doth the king of Asshur lead the captivity of Egypt, and the removal of Cush, young and old, naked and barefoot, with seat uncovered-the nakedness of Egypt;
[5] and they have been affrighted and ashamed of Cush their confidence, and of Egypt their beauty,
[6] and the inhabitant of this isle hath said in that day- Lo, thus is our trust, Whither we have fled for help, To be delivered from the king of Asshur, And how do we escape-we?’
