and if you shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,

αλλα απειθησητε αυτοις και τοις κριμασιν μου προσοχθιση η ψυχη υμων ωστε υμας μη ποιειν πασας τας εντολας μου ωστε διασκεδασαι την διαθηκην μου

The land also will be left by them, and will enjoy its Sabbaths while it lies desolate without them; and they will accept the punishment of their iniquity because they rejected my ordinances, and their soul abhorred my statutes.

και λειτουργησει ο λευιτης αυτος την λειτουργιαν της σκηνης του μαρτυριου και αυτοι λημψονται τα αμαρτηματα αυτων νομιμον αιωνιον εις τας γενεας αυτων και εν μεσω υιων ισραηλ ου κληρονομησουσιν κληρονομιαν

“This is the statute of the law which Yahweh has commanded. Tell the children of Israel to bring you a red heifer without spot, in which is no defect, and which was never yoked.

This is the ordinance H2708 of the law H8451 which the Lord H3068 hath commanded, H6680 (PielPerf) saying, H559 (QalInf) Speak H1696 (PielImpv) unto the children H1121 of Israel, H3478 that they bring H3947 (QalImpf) thee a red H122 heifer H6510 without spot, H8549 wherein is no blemish, H3971 and upon which never H3808 came H5927 (QalPerf) yoke: H5923

αυτη η διαστολη του νομου οσα συνεταξεν κυριος λεγων λαλησον τοις υιοις ισραηλ και λαβετωσαν προς σε δαμαλιν πυρραν αμωμον ητις ουκ εχει εν αυτη μωμον και η ουκ επεβληθη επ αυτην ζυγος

He who gathers the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the evening. It shall be to the children of Israel, and to the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them, for a statute forever.

And he that gathereth H622 (QalActPtc) the ashes H665 of the heifer H6510 shall wash H3526 (PielPerf) his clothes, H899 and be unclean H2930 (QalPerf) until the even: H6153 and it shall be unto the children H1121 of Israel, H3478 and unto the stranger H1616 that sojourneth H1481 (QalActPtc) among H8432 them, for a statute H2708 for ever. It shall be a perpetual statute to them. He who sprinkles the water for impurity shall wash his clothes, and he who touches the water for impurity shall be unclean until evening.

και εσται υμιν νομιμον αιωνιον και ο περιρραινων υδωρ ραντισμου πλυνει τα ιματια αυτου και ο απτομενος του υδατος του ραντισμου ακαθαρτος εσται εως εσπερας

If his father has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his kinsman who is next to him of his family, and he shall possess it. This shall be a statute and ordinance for the children of Israel, as Yahweh commanded Moses.’”

και ειπεν ελεαζαρ ο ιερευς προς τους ανδρας της δυναμεως τους ερχομενους εκ της παραταξεως του πολεμου τουτο το δικαιωμα του νομου ο συνεταξεν κυριος τω μωυση

“‘These things shall be for a statute and ordinance to you throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

So these things shall be for a statute H2708 of judgment H4941 unto you throughout your generations H1755 in all your dwellings. H4186

και εσται ταυτα υμιν εις δικαιωμα κριματος εις τας γενεας υμων εν πασαις ταις κατοικιαις υμων

that you might fear Yahweh your God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command you—you, your son, and your son’s son, all the days of your life; and that your days may be prolonged.

ινα φοβησθε κυριον τον θεον υμων φυλασσεσθαι παντα τα δικαιωματα αυτου και τας εντολας αυτου οσας εγω εντελλομαι σοι σημερον συ και οι υιοι σου και οι υιοι των υιων σου πασας τας ημερας της ζωης σου ινα μακροημερευσητε

Beware lest you forget Yahweh your God, in not keeping his commandments, his ordinances, and his statutes, which I command you today;

προσεχε σεαυτω μη επιλαθη κυριου του θεου σου του μη φυλαξαι τας εντολας αυτου και τα κριματα και τα δικαιωματα αυτου οσα εγω εντελλομαι σοι σημερον

to keep Yahweh’s commandments and statutes, which I command you today for your good?

to keep H8104 (QalInf) the commandments H4687 of the Lord, H3068 and his statutes, H2708 which I command H6680 (PielPtc) thee this day H3117 for thy good? H2896

φυλασσεσθαι τας εντολας κυριου του θεου σου και τα δικαιωματα αυτου οσα εγω εντελλομαι σοι σημερον ινα ευ σοι η

Therefore you shall love Yahweh your God, and keep his instructions, his statutes, his ordinances, and his commandments, always.

Therefore thou shalt love H157 (QalPerf) the Lord H3068 thy God, H430 and keep H8104 (QalPerf) his charge, H4931 and his statutes, H2708 and his judgments, H4941 and his commandments, H4687 alway. H3117
