According to the commandment of Yahweh they were counted by Moses, everyone according to his service and according to his burden. Thus they were counted by him, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

According to the commandment H6310 of the Lord H3068 they were numbered H6485 (QalPerf) by the hand H3027 of Moses, H4872 every H376 one H376 according to his service, H5656 and according to his burden: H4853 thus were they numbered H6485 (QalPasPtc) of him, as the Lord H3068 commanded H6680 (PielPerf) Moses. “‘This is the law of the Nazirite who vows and of his offering to Yahweh for his separation, in addition to that which he is able to afford. According to his vow which he vows, so he must do after the law of his separation.’”

Sometimes the cloud was a few days on the tabernacle; then according to the commandment of Yahweh they remained encamped, and according to the commandment of Yahweh they traveled.

Moses sent them from the wilderness of Paran according to the commandment of Yahweh. All of them were men who were heads of the children of Israel.

Numbers 16:30 Sheol is the place of the dead.

Yahweh opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Balaam, “What have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?”

Balaam said to Balak, “Behold, I have come to you. Have I now any power at all to speak anything? I will speak the word that God puts in my mouth.”

Yahweh put a word in Balaam’s mouth, and said, “Return to Balak, and thus you shall speak.”

He answered and said, “Must I not take heed to speak that which Yahweh puts in my mouth?”

Yahweh met Balaam, and put a word in his mouth, and said, “Return to Balak, and say this.”

And the Lord H3068 met H7136 (NiphImpf) Balaam, H1109 and put H7760 (QalImpf) a word H1697 in his mouth, H6310 and said, H559 (QalImpf) Go again H7725 (QalImpv) unto Balak, H1111 and say H1696 (PielImpf) thus.

και συνηντησεν ο θεος τω βαλααμ και ενεβαλεν ρημα εις το στομα αυτου και ειπεν αποστραφητι προς βαλακ και ταδε λαλησεις

‘If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I can’t go beyond Yahweh’s word, to do either good or bad from my own mind. I will say what Yahweh says’?

and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up together with Korah when that company died; at the time the fire devoured two hundred fifty men, and they became a sign.

και ανοιξασα η γη το στομα αυτης κατεπιεν αυτους και κορε εν τω θανατω της συναγωγης αυτου οτε κατεφαγεν το πυρ τους πεντηκοντα και διακοσιους και εγενηθησαν εν σημειω

To the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance. To everyone according to those who were counted of him shall his inheritance be given.

To many H7227 thou shalt give the more H7235 (HiphImpf) inheritance,^§ H5159 and to few H4592 thou shalt give the less H4591 (HiphImpf) inheritance:^§ H5159 to every one H376 shall his inheritance H5159 be given H5414 (HophImpf) according H6310 to those that were numbered H6485 (QalPasPtc) of him.

He shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before Yahweh. At his word they shall go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.”

When a man vows a vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.

Numbers 30:2 Heb. profane

^[30:3] ανθρωπος ανθρωπος ος αν ευξηται ευχην κυριω η ομοση ορκον η ορισηται ορισμω περι της ψυχης αυτου ου βεβηλωσει το ρημα αυτου παντα οσα εαν εξελθη εκ του στοματος αυτου ποιησει

Build cities for your little ones, and folds for your sheep; and do that which has proceeded out of your mouth.”

Moses wrote the starting points of their journeys by the commandment of Yahweh. These are their journeys according to their starting points.

και εγραψεν μωυσης τας απαρσεις αυτων και τους σταθμους αυτων δια ρηματος κυριου και ουτοι σταθμοι της πορειας αυτων

Aaron the priest went up into Mount Hor at the commandment of Yahweh and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first day of the month.

Moses commanded the children of Israel according to Yahweh’s word, saying, “The tribe of the sons of Joseph speak what is right.

και ενετειλατο μωυσης τοις υιοις ισραηλ δια προσταγματος κυριου λεγων ουτως φυλη υιων ιωσηφ λεγουσιν

Yet you wouldn’t go up, but rebelled against the commandment of Yahweh your God.

Notwithstanding ye would H14 (QalPerf) not go up, H5927 (QalInf) but rebelled H4784 (HiphImpf) against the commandment H6310 of the Lord H3068 your God: H430

και ουκ ηθελησατε αναβηναι και ηπειθησατε τω ρηματι κυριου του θεου υμων

So I spoke to you, and you didn’t listen; but you rebelled against the commandment of Yahweh, and were presumptuous, and went up into the hill country.

και ελαλησα υμιν και ουκ εισηκουσατε μου και παρεβητε το ρημα κυριου και παραβιασαμενοι ανεβητε εις το ορος

He humbled you, allowed you to be hungry, and fed you with manna, which you didn’t know, neither did your fathers know, that he might teach you that man does not live by bread only, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of Yahweh’s mouth.

και εκακωσεν σε και ελιμαγχονησεν σε και εψωμισεν σε το μαννα ο ουκ ειδησαν οι πατερες σου ινα αναγγειλη σοι οτι ουκ επ αρτω μονω ζησεται ο ανθρωπος αλλ επι παντι ρηματι τω εκπορευομενω δια στοματος θεου ζησεται ο ανθρωπος

When Yahweh sent you from Kadesh Barnea, saying, “Go up and possess the land which I have given you,” you rebelled against the commandment of Yahweh your God, and you didn’t believe him or listen to his voice.

επι δυσιν μαρτυσιν η επι τρισιν μαρτυσιν αποθανειται ο αποθνησκων ουκ αποθανειται εφ ενι μαρτυρι

You shall do according to the decisions of the verdict which they shall give you from that place which Yahweh chooses. You shall observe to do according to all that they shall teach you.

και ποιησεις κατα το πραγμα ο εαν αναγγειλωσιν σοι εκ του τοπου ου αν εκλεξηται κυριος ο θεος σου επικληθηναι το ονομα αυτου εκει και φυλαξη σφοδρα ποιησαι κατα παντα οσα εαν νομοθετηθη σοι

According to the decisions of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment which they shall tell you, you shall do. You shall not turn away from the sentence which they announce to you, to the right hand, nor to the left.

I will raise them up a prophet from among their brothers, like you. I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him.

προφητην αναστησω αυτοις εκ των αδελφων αυτων ωσπερ σε και δωσω το ρημα μου εν τω στοματι αυτου και λαλησει αυτοις καθοτι αν εντειλωμαι αυτω

One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin that he sins. At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall a matter be established.

When Yahweh your God delivers it into your hand, you shall strike every male of it with the edge of the sword;

and when the Lord H3068 thy God H430 hath delivered H5414 (QalPerf) it into thine hands, H3027 thou shalt smite H5221 (HiphPerf) every male H2138 thereof with the edge H6310 of the sword: H2719

και παραδωσει αυτην κυριος ο θεος σου εις τας χειρας σου και παταξεις παν αρσενικον αυτης εν φονω μαχαιρας

The priests the sons of Levi shall come near, for them Yahweh your God has chosen to minister to him, and to bless in Yahweh’s name; and according to their word shall every controversy and every assault be decided.
