και εγενετο εν τω κοπτειν αυτους και πιπτω επι προσωπον μου και ανεβοησα και ειπα οιμμοι κυριε εξαλειφεις συ τους καταλοιπους του ισραηλ εν τω εκχεαι σε τον θυμον σου επι ιερουσαλημ

Then he said to me, “The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perversion; for they say, ‘Yahweh has forsaken the land, and Yahweh doesn’t see.’

και ανελαβον τα χερουβιν τας πτερυγας αυτων και εμετεωρισθησαν απο της γης ενωπιον εμου εν τω εξελθειν αυτα και οι τροχοι εχομενοι αυτων και εστησαν επι τα προθυρα της πυλης οικου κυριου της απεναντι και δοξα θεου ισραηλ ην επ αυτων υπερανω

Yahweh’s Spirit fell on me, and he said to me, “Speak, ‘Yahweh says: “Thus you have said, house of Israel; for I know the things that come into your mind.

και επεσεν επ εμε πνευμα κυριου και ειπεν προς με λεγε ταδε λεγει κυριος ουτως ειπατε οικος ισραηλ και τα διαβουλια του πνευματος υμων εγω επισταμαι

You will fall by the sword. I will judge you in the border of Israel. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.

εν ρομφαια πεσεισθε επι των οριων του ισραηλ κρινω υμας και επιγνωσεσθε οτι εγω κυριος

This will not be your cauldron, neither will you be the meat in the middle of it. I will judge you in the border of Israel.

When I prophesied, Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then I fell down on my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, “Ah Lord Yahweh! Will you make a full end of the remnant of Israel?”

και εγενετο εν τω προφητευειν με και φαλτιας ο του βαναιου απεθανεν και πιπτω επι προσωπον μου και ανεβοησα φωνη μεγαλη και ειπα οιμμοι οιμμοι κυριε εις συντελειαν συ ποιεις τους καταλοιπους του ισραηλ

“Son of man, your brothers, even your brothers, the men of your relatives, and all the house of Israel, all of them, are the ones to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, ‘Go far away from Yahweh. This land has been given to us for a possession.’

υιε ανθρωπου οι αδελφοι σου και οι ανδρες της αιχμαλωσιας σου και πας ο οικος του ισραηλ συντετελεσται οις ειπαν αυτοις οι κατοικουντες ιερουσαλημ μακραν απεχετε απο του κυριου ημιν δεδοται η γη εις κληρονομιαν

“Therefore say, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “I will gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.”

δια τουτο ειπον ταδε λεγει κυριος και εισδεξομαι αυτους εκ των εθνων και συναξω αυτους εκ των χωρων ου διεσπειρα αυτους εν αυταις και δωσω αυτοις την γην του ισραηλ

Then the cherubim lifted up their wings, and the wheels were beside them. The glory of the God of Israel was over them above.

“Say to them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “This burden concerns the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel among whom they are.”’

For there will be no more any false vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel.

For there shall be no more any vain H7723 vision H2377 nor flattering H2509 divination H4738 within H8432 the house H1004 of Israel. H3478

οτι ουκ εσται ετι πασα ορασις ψευδης και μαντευομενος τα προς χαριν εν μεσω των υιων ισραηλ
