Moses said to Aaron, “Draw near to the altar, and offer your sin offering, and your burnt offering, and make atonement for yourself, and for the people; and offer the offering of the people, and make atonement for them, as Yahweh commanded.”

So Aaron came near to the altar, and killed the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.

He killed the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons delivered the blood to him, and he sprinkled it around on the altar.

then the priest shall offer the burnt offering and the meal offering on the altar. The priest shall make atonement for him, and he shall be clean.

“He shall go out to the altar that is before Yahweh and make atonement for it, and shall take some of the bull’s blood, and some of the goat’s blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar.

“When he has finished atoning for the Holy Place, the Tent of Meeting, and the altar, he shall present the live goat.

For the life of the flesh is in the blood. I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement by reason of the life.

You shall not offer what is blind, is injured, is maimed, has a wart, is festering, or has a running sore to Yahweh, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to Yahweh.

Blind, H5788 or broken, H7665 (QalPasPtc) or maimed, H2782 (QalPasPtc) or having a wen, H2990 or scurvy, H1618 or scabbed, H3217 ye shall not offer H7126 (HiphImpf) these unto the Lord, H3068 nor make H5414 (QalImpf) an offering by fire H801 of them upon the altar H4196 unto the Lord. H3068

“They shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth on it.

the hangings of the court, the screen for the door of the gate of the court which is by the tabernacle and around the altar, their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and whatever shall be done with them. They shall serve in there.

και τα ιστια της αυλης οσα επι της σκηνης του μαρτυριου και τα περισσα και παντα τα σκευη τα λειτουργικα οσα λειτουργουσιν εν αυτοις ποιησουσιν

The priest shall take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the meal offering before Yahweh, and bring it to the altar.

και λημψεται ο ιερευς εκ χειρος της γυναικος την θυσιαν της ζηλοτυπιας και επιθησει την θυσιαν εναντι κυριου και προσοισει αυτην προς το θυσιαστηριον

The priest shall take a handful of the meal offering, as its memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.

και δραξεται ο ιερευς απο της θυσιας το μνημοσυνον αυτης και ανοισει αυτο επι το θυσιαστηριον και μετα ταυτα ποτιει την γυναικα το υδωρ

On the day that Moses had finished setting up the tabernacle, and had anointed it and sanctified it with all its furniture, and the altar with all its vessels, and had anointed and sanctified them;

The princes gave offerings for the dedication of the altar in the day that it was anointed. The princes gave their offerings before the altar.

And the princes H5387 offered H7126 (HiphImpf) for dedicating H2598 of the altar H4196 in the day H3117 that it was anointed, H4886 (NiphInf) even the princes H5387 offered H7126 (HiphImpf) their offering H7133 before H6440 the altar. H4196

και προσηνεγκαν οι αρχοντες εις τον εγκαινισμον του θυσιαστηριου εν τη ημερα η εχρισεν αυτο και προσηνεγκαν οι αρχοντες τα δωρα αυτων απεναντι του θυσιαστηριου

Yahweh said to Moses, “They shall offer their offering, each prince on his day, for the dedication of the altar.”

και ειπεν κυριος προς μωυσην αρχων εις καθ ημεραν αρχων καθ ημεραν προσοισουσιν τα δωρα αυτων εις τον εγκαινισμον του θυσιαστηριου

This was the dedication offering of the altar, on the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve silver platters, twelve silver bowls, twelve golden ladles;

ουτος ο εγκαινισμος του θυσιαστηριου η ημερα εχρισεν αυτο παρα των αρχοντων των υιων ισραηλ τρυβλια αργυρα δωδεκα φιαλαι αργυραι δωδεκα θυισκαι χρυσαι δωδεκα

and all the cattle for the sacrifice of peace offerings: twenty-four bulls, sixty rams, sixty male goats, and sixty male lambs a year old. This was the dedication offering of the altar, after it was anointed.

And all the oxen H1241 for the sacrifice H2077 of the peace offerings H8002 were twenty H6242 and four H702 bullocks, H6499 the rams H352 sixty, H8346 the he goats H6260 sixty, H8346 the lambs H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 sixty. πασαι αι βοες εις θυσιαν σωτηριου δαμαλεις εικοσι τεσσαρες κριοι εξηκοντα τραγοι εξηκοντα αμναδες εξηκοντα ενιαυσιαι αμωμοι αυτη η εγκαινωσις του θυσιαστηριου μετα το πληρωσαι τας χειρας αυτου και μετα το χρισαι αυτον

even the censers of those who sinned against their own lives. Let them be beaten into plates for a covering of the altar, for they offered them before Yahweh. Therefore they are holy. They shall be a sign to the children of Israel.”

Eleazar the priest took the bronze censers which those who were burned had offered; and they beat them out for a covering of the altar,

Moses said to Aaron, “Take your censer, put fire from the altar in it, lay incense on it, carry it quickly to the congregation, and make atonement for them; for wrath has gone out from Yahweh! The plague has begun.”

They shall keep your commands and the duty of the whole Tent; only they shall not come near to the vessels of the sanctuary and to the altar, that they not die, neither they nor you.

και φυλαξονται τας φυλακας σου και τας φυλακας της σκηνης πλην προς τα σκευη τα αγια και προς το θυσιαστηριον ου προσελευσονται και ουκ αποθανουνται και ουτοι και υμεις
