“ ‘They shall therefore follow my commandment, lest they bear sin for it and die in it, if they profane it. I am Yahweh who sanctifies them.

I also will do this to you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and make the soul to pine away. You will sow your seed in vain, for your enemies will eat it.

και εγω ποιησω ουτως υμιν και επισυστησω εφ υμας την αποριαν την τε ψωραν και τον ικτερον και σφακελιζοντας τους οφθαλμους υμων και την ψυχην υμων εκτηκουσαν και σπερειτε δια κενης τα σπερματα υμων και εδονται οι υπεναντιοι υμων

I will bring the land into desolation, and your enemies who dwell in it will be astonished at it.

και εξερημωσω εγω την γην υμων και θαυμασονται επ αυτη οι εχθροι υμων οι ενοικουντες εν αυτη

But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall assign a value to him. The priest shall assign a value according to his ability to pay.

“Those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher. The prince of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ochran.

Thus the children of Israel did. According to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so they encamped by their standards, and so they set out, everyone by their families, according to their fathers’ houses.

Moses counted them according to Yahweh’s word, as he was commanded.

Moses took the redemption money from those who exceeded the number of those who were redeemed by the Levites;

και ελαβεν μωυσης το αργυριον τα λυτρα των πλεοναζοντων εις την εκλυτρωσιν των λευιτων

“On the table of show bread they shall spread a blue cloth, and put on it the dishes, the spoons, the bowls, and the cups with which to pour out; and the continual bread shall be on it.

And upon the table H7979 of shewbread H6440 they shall spread H6566 (QalImpf) a cloth H899 of blue, H8504 and put H5414 (QalPerf) thereon the dishes, H7086 and the spoons, H3709 and the bowls, H4518 and covers H7184 to cover withal: H5262 and the continual H8548 bread H3899 shall be thereon:

και επι την τραπεζαν την προκειμενην επιβαλουσιν επ αυτην ιματιον ολοπορφυρον και τα τρυβλια και τας θυισκας και τους κυαθους και τα σπονδεια εν οις σπενδει και οι αρτοι οι δια παντος επ αυτης εσονται

They shall spread on them a scarlet cloth, and cover it with a covering of sealskin, and shall put in its poles.

And they shall spread H6566 (QalPerf) upon them a cloth H899 of scarlet, H8438 H8144 and cover H3680 (PielPerf) the same with a covering H4372 of badgers’ H8476 skins, H5785 and shall put H7760 (QalPerf) in the staves H905 thereof.

“On the golden altar they shall spread a blue cloth, and cover it with a covering of sealskin, and shall put in its poles.

And upon the golden H2091 altar H4196 they shall spread H6566 (QalImpf) a cloth H899 of blue, H8504 and cover H3680 (PielPerf) it with a covering H4372 of badgers’ H8476 skins, H5785 and shall put H7760 (QalPerf) to the staves H905 thereof:

και επι το θυσιαστηριον το χρυσουν επικαλυψουσιν ιματιον υακινθινον και καλυψουσιν αυτο καλυμματι δερματινω υακινθινω και διεμβαλουσιν τους αναφορεις αυτου

“They shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth on it.

And they shall take away the ashes H1878 (PielPerf) from the altar, H4196 and spread H6566 (QalPerf) a purple H713 cloth H899 thereon:

και τον καλυπτηρα επιθησει επι το θυσιαστηριον και επικαλυψουσιν επ αυτο ιματιον ολοπορφυρον

They shall put on it all its vessels with which they minister about it, the fire pans, the meat hooks, the shovels, and the basins—all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread on it a covering of sealskin, and put in its poles.

και επιθησουσιν επ αυτο παντα τα σκευη οσοις λειτουργουσιν επ αυτο εν αυτοις και τα πυρεια και τας κρεαγρας και τας φιαλας και τον καλυπτηρα και παντα τα σκευη του θυσιαστηριου και επιβαλουσιν επ αυτο καλυμμα δερματινον υακινθινον και διεμβαλουσιν τους αναφορεις αυτου και λημψονται ιματιον πορφυρουν και συγκαλυψουσιν τον λουτηρα και την βασιν αυτου και εμβαλουσιν αυτα εις καλυμμα δερματινον υακινθινον και επιθησουσιν επι αναφορεις

These are those who were counted of the families of the Kohathites, all who served in the Tent of Meeting, whom Moses and Aaron counted according to the commandment of Yahweh by Moses.

These [were] they that were numbered H6485 (QalPasPtc) of the families H4940 of the Kohathites, H6956 all that might do service H5647 (QalActPtc) in the tabernacle H168 of the congregation, H4150 which Moses H4872 and Aaron H175 did number H6485 (QalPerf) according to the commandment H6310 of the Lord H3068 by the hand H3027 of Moses. These are those who were counted of the families of the sons of Gershon, all who served in the Tent of Meeting, whom Moses and Aaron counted according to the commandment of Yahweh.

These [are] they that were numbered H6485 (QalPasPtc) of the families H4940 of the sons H1121 of Gershon, H1648 of all that might do service H5647 (QalActPtc) in the tabernacle H168 of the congregation, H4150 whom Moses H4872 and Aaron H175 did number H6485 (QalPerf) according to the commandment H6310 of the Lord. These are those who were counted of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron counted according to the commandment of Yahweh by Moses.

These [be] those that were numbered H6485 (QalPasPtc) of the families H4940 of the sons H1121 of Merari, H4847 whom Moses H4872 and Aaron H175 numbered H6485 (QalPerf) according to the word H6310 of the Lord H3068 by the hand H3027 of Moses. H4872

αυτη η επισκεψις δημου υιων μεραρι ους επεσκεψατο μωυσης και ααρων δια φωνης κυριου εν χειρι μωυση

According to the commandment of Yahweh they were counted by Moses, everyone according to his service and according to his burden. Thus they were counted by him, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

According to the commandment H6310 of the Lord H3068 they were numbered H6485 (QalPerf) by the hand H3027 of Moses, H4872 every H376 one H376 according to his service, H5656 and according to his burden: H4853 thus were they numbered H6485 (QalPasPtc) of him, as the Lord H3068 commanded H6680 (PielPerf) Moses. δια φωνης κυριου επεσκεψατο αυτους εν χειρι μωυση ανδρα κατ ανδρα επι των εργων αυτων και επι ων αιρουσιν αυτοι και επεσκεπησαν ον τροπον συνεταξεν κυριος τω μωυση

and the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she is defiled; or if the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she isn’t defiled;

or when the spirit of jealousy comes on a man, and he is jealous of his wife; then he shall set the woman before Yahweh, and the priest shall execute on her all this law.

Or when the spirit H7307 of jealousy H7068 cometh H5674 (QalImpf) upon him, H376 and he be jealous H7065 (PielPerf) over his wife, H802 and shall set H5975 (HiphPerf) the woman H802 before H6440 the Lord, H3068 and the priest H3548 shall execute H6213 (QalPerf) upon her all this law. H8451

η ανθρωπος ω εαν επελθη επ αυτον πνευμα ζηλωσεως και ζηλωση την γυναικα αυτου και στησει την γυναικα αυτου εναντι κυριου και ποιησει αυτη ο ιερευς παντα τον νομον τουτον

“ ‘All the days of his vow of separation no razor shall come on his head, until the days are fulfilled in which he separates himself to Yahweh. He shall be holy. He shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow long.

πασας τας ημερας της ευχης του αγνισμου ξυρον ουκ επελευσεται επι την κεφαλην αυτου εως αν πληρωθωσιν αι ημεραι οσας ηυξατο κυριω αγιος εσται τρεφων κομην τριχα κεφαλης

“ ‘If any man dies very suddenly beside him, and he defiles the head of his separation, then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing. On the seventh day he shall shave it.

εαν δε τις αποθανη εξαπινα επ αυτω παραχρημα μιανθησεται η κεφαλη ευχης αυτου και ξυρησεται την κεφαλην αυτου η αν ημερα καθαρισθη τη ημερα τη εβδομη ξυρηθησεται

The priest shall offer one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make atonement for him, because he sinned by reason of the dead, and shall make his head holy that same day.

And the priest H3548 shall offer H6213 (QalPerf) the one H259 for a sin offering, H2403 and the other H259 for a burnt offering, H5930 and make an atonement H3722 (PielPerf) for him, for that H834 he sinned H2398 (QalPerf) by the dead, H5315 and shall hallow H6942 (PielPerf) his head H7218 that same day.
