That which is left of the meal offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’. It is a most holy part of the offerings of Yahweh made by fire.

“ ‘When you offer an offering of a meal offering baked in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.

And if thou bring H7126 (HiphImpf) an oblation H7133 of a meat offering H4503 baken H3989 in the oven, H8574 it shall be unleavened H4682 cakes H2471 of fine flour H5560 mingled H1101 (QalPasPtc) with oil, H8081 or unleavened H4682 wafers H7550 anointed H4886 (QalPasPtc) with oil. H8081

εαν δε προσφερη δωρον θυσιαν πεπεμμενην εν κλιβανω δωρον κυριω εκ σεμιδαλεως αρτους αζυμους πεφυραμενους εν ελαιω και λαγανα αζυμα διακεχρισμενα εν ελαιω

If your offering is a meal offering made on a griddle, it shall be of unleavened fine flour, mixed with oil.

And if thy oblation H7133 be a meat offering H4503 baken in a pan,^§ H4227 it shall be of fine flour H5560 unleavened, H4682 mingled H1101 (QalPasPtc) with oil. H8081

You shall cut it in pieces, and pour oil on it. It is a meal offering.

και διαθρυψεις αυτα κλασματα και επιχεεις επ αυτα ελαιον θυσια εστιν κυριω

If your offering is a meal offering of the pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.

And if thy oblation H7133 be a meat offering H4503 baken in the fryingpan, H4802 it shall be made H6213 (NiphImpf) of fine flour H5560 with oil. H8081

You shall bring the meal offering that is made of these things to Yahweh. It shall be presented to the priest, and he shall bring it to the altar.

And thou shalt bring H935 (HiphPerf) the meat offering H4503 that is made H6213 (NiphImpf) of these things unto the Lord: H3068 and when it is presented H7126 (HiphPerf) unto the priest, H3548 he shall bring H5066 (HiphPerf) it unto the altar. H4196

Every offering of your meal offering you shall season with salt. You shall not allow the salt of the covenant of your God^§ to be lacking from your meal offering. With all your offerings you shall offer salt.

You shall put oil on it and lay frankincense on it. It is a meal offering.

He shall take from there his handful of the fine flour of the meal offering, and of its oil, and all the frankincense which is on the meal offering, and shall burn it on the altar for a pleasant aroma, as its memorial portion, to Yahweh.

And he shall take H7311 (HiphPerf) of it his handful, H7062 of the flour H5560 of the meat offering, H4503 and of the oil H8081 thereof, and all the frankincense H3828 which is upon the meat offering, H4503 and shall burn H6999 (HiphPerf) it upon the altar H4196 for a sweet H5207 savour, H7381 even the memorial H234 of it, unto the Lord. “This is the offering of Aaron and of his sons, which they shall offer to Yahweh in the day when he is anointed: one tenth of an ephah° of fine flour for a meal offering perpetually, half of it in the morning, and half of it in the evening.

Leviticus 6:20 1 ephah is about 22 liters or about ²⁄₃ of a bushel

This is the offering H7133 of Aaron H175 and of his sons, H1121 which they shall offer H7126 (HiphImpf) unto the Lord H3068 in the day H3117 when he is anointed; H4886 (NiphInf) the tenth part H6224 of an ephah H374 of fine flour H5560 for a meat offering H4503 perpetual, H8548 half H4276 of it in the morning, H1242 and half H4276 thereof at night. It shall be made with oil in a griddle. When it is soaked, you shall bring it in. You shall offer the meal offering in baked pieces for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

In a pan H4227 it shall be made H6213 (NiphImpf) with oil; H8081 and when it is baken, H7246 (HophPtc) thou shalt bring H935 (HiphImpf) it in: and the baken H8601 pieces H6595 of the meat offering H4503 shalt thou offer H7126 (HiphImpf) for a sweet H5207 savour H7381 unto the Lord. H3068

^[6:14] επι τηγανου εν ελαιω ποιηθησεται πεφυραμενην οισει αυτην ελικτα θυσιαν εκ κλασματων θυσιαν οσμην ευωδιας κυριω

Every meal offering of a priest shall be wholly burned. It shall not be eaten.”

For every meat offering H4503 for the priest H3548 shall be wholly burnt: H3632 it shall not be eaten. H398 (NiphImpf)

Every meal offering that is baked in the oven, and all that is prepared in the pan and on the griddle, shall be the priest’s who offers it.

And all the meat offering H4503 that is baken H644 (NiphImpf) in the oven, H8574 and all that is dressed H6213 (NiphPerf) in the fryingpan, H4802 and in the pan,^§ H4227 shall be the priest’s H3548 that offereth H7126 (HiphPtc) it.

He presented the meal offering, and filled his hand from there, and burned it upon the altar, in addition to the burnt offering of the morning.

“On the eighth day he shall take two male lambs without defect, one ewe lamb a year old without defect, three tenths of an ephah° of fine flour for a meal offering, mixed with oil, and one log° of oil.

Leviticus 14:10a 1 ephah is about 22 liters or about ²⁄₃ of a bushel
