Yahweh^§ spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the Tent of Meeting, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

και εγενοντο παντα τα πρωτοτοκα τα αρσενικα κατα αριθμον εξ ονοματος απο μηνιαιου και επανω εκ της επισκεψεως αυτων δυο και εικοσι χιλιαδες τρεις και εβδομηκοντα και διακοσιοι

Yahweh spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

And the Lord H3068 spake H1696 (PielImpf) unto Moses H4872 in the wilderness H4057 of Sinai, H5514 in the first H7223 month H2320 of the second H8145 year H8141 after they were come out H3318 (QalInf) of the land H776 of Egypt, H4714 saying, H559 (QalInf)

και ελαλησεν κυριος προς μωυσην εν τη ερημω σινα εν τω ετει τω δευτερω εξελθοντων αυτων εκ γης αιγυπτου εν τω μηνι τω πρωτω λεγων

On the fourteenth day of this month, at evening, you shall keep it in its appointed season. You shall keep it according to all its statutes and according to all its ordinances.”

In the fourteenth H702 H6240 day H3117 of this month, H2320 at even, H6153 ye shall keep H6213 (QalImpf) it in his appointed season: H4150 according to all the rites H2708 of it, and according to all the ceremonies H4941 thereof, shall ye keep H6213 (QalImpf) it.

τη τεσσαρεσκαιδεκατη ημερα του μηνος του πρωτου προς εσπεραν ποιησεις αυτο κατα καιρους κατα τον νομον αυτου και κατα την συγκρισιν αυτου ποιησεις αυτο

They kept the Passover in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, in the wilderness of Sinai. According to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did.

And they kept H6213 (QalImpf) the passover H6453 on the fourteenth H702 H6240 day H3117 of the first H7223 month H2320 at even H6153 in the wilderness H4057 of Sinai: H5514 according to all that the Lord H3068 commanded H6680 (PielPerf) Moses, H4872 so did H6213 (QalPerf) the children H1121 of Israel. εναρχομενου τη τεσσαρεσκαιδεκατη ημερα του μηνος εν τη ερημω του σινα καθα συνεταξεν κυριος τω μωυση ουτως εποιησαν οι υιοι ισραηλ

In the second month, on the fourteenth day at evening they shall keep it; they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.

The fourteenth H702 H6240 day H3117 of the second H8145 month H2320 at even H6153 they shall keep H6213 (QalImpf) it, [and] eat H398 (QalImpf) it with unleavened bread H4682 and bitter H4844 [herbs].

εν τω μηνι τω δευτερω εν τη τεσσαρεσκαιδεκατη ημερα το προς εσπεραν ποιησουσιν αυτο επ αζυμων και πικριδων φαγονται αυτο

Whether it was two days, or a month, or a year that the cloud stayed on the tabernacle, remaining on it, the children of Israel remained encamped, and didn’t travel; but when it was taken up, they traveled.

Or [whether it were] two days, H3117 or a month, H2320 or a year, H3117 that the cloud H6051 tarried H748 (HiphInf) upon the tabernacle, H4908 remaining H7931 (QalInf) thereon, the children H1121 of Israel H3478 abode H2583 (QalImpf) in their tents, and journeyed H5265 (QalImpf) not: but when it was taken up, H5927 (NiphInf) they journeyed. μηνος ημερας πλεοναζουσης της νεφελης σκιαζουσης επ αυτης παρεμβαλουσιν οι υιοι ισραηλ και ου μη απαρωσιν

“Also in the day of your gladness, and in your set feasts, and in the beginnings of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your God. I am Yahweh your God.”

Also in the day H3117 of your gladness, H8057 and in your solemn days, H4150 and in the beginnings H7218 of your months, H2320 ye shall blow H8628 (QalPerf) with the trumpets H2689 over your burnt offerings, H5930 and over the sacrifices H2077 of your peace offerings; H8002 that they may be to you for a memorial H2146 before H6440 your God: H430 I [am] the Lord H3068 your God. και εν ταις ημεραις της ευφροσυνης υμων και εν ταις εορταις υμων και εν ταις νουμηνιαις υμων σαλπιειτε ταις σαλπιγξιν επι τοις ολοκαυτωμασιν και επι ταις θυσιαις των σωτηριων υμων και εσται υμιν αναμνησις εναντι του θεου υμων εγω κυριος ο θεος υμων

In the second year, in the second month, on the twentieth day of the month, the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle of the covenant.

And it came to pass on the twentieth H6242 [day] of the second H8145 month, H2320 in the second H8145 year, H8141 that the cloud H6051 was taken up H5927 (NiphPerf) from off the tabernacle H4908 of the testimony. H5715

και εγενετο εν τω ενιαυτω τω δευτερω εν τω μηνι τω δευτερω εικαδι του μηνος ανεβη η νεφελη απο της σκηνης του μαρτυριου

but a whole month, until it comes out at your nostrils, and it is loathsome to you; because you have rejected Yahweh who is among you, and have wept before him, saying, “Why did we come out of Egypt?” ’ ”

[But] even a whole month, H2320 H3117 until it come out H3318 (QalImpf) at your nostrils, H639 and it be loathsome H2214 unto you: because H3282 that ye have despised H3988 (QalPerf) the Lord H3068 which [is] among H7130 you, and have wept H1058 (QalImpf) before H6440 him, saying, H559 (QalInf) Why came we forth H3318 (QalPerf) out of Egypt? H4714

εως μηνος ημερων φαγεσθε εως αν εξελθη εκ των μυκτηρων υμων και εσται υμιν εις χολεραν οτι ηπειθησατε κυριω ος εστιν εν υμιν και εκλαυσατε εναντιον αυτου λεγοντες ινα τι ημιν εξελθειν εξ αιγυπτου

Moses said, “The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand men on foot; and you have said, ‘I will give them meat, that they may eat a whole month.’

And Moses H4872 said, H559 (QalImpf) The people, H5971 among H7130 whom I [am], [are] six H8337 hundred H3967 thousand H505 footmen; H7273 and thou hast said, H559 (QalPerf) I will give H5414 (QalImpf) them flesh, H1320 that they may eat H398 (QalPerf) a whole H3117 month. H2320

και ειπεν μωυσης εξακοσιαι χιλιαδες πεζων ο λαος εν οις ειμι εν αυτοις και συ ειπας κρεα δωσω αυτοις φαγειν και φαγονται μηνα ημερων

You shall redeem those who are to be redeemed of them from a month old, according to your estimation, for five shekels of money, according to the shekel° of the sanctuary, which weighs twenty gerahs.°

Numbers 18:16a A shekel is about 10 grams or about 0.35 ounces.
Numbers 18:16b A gerah is about 0.5 grams or about 7.7 grains.

And those that are to be redeemed H6299 (QalPasPtc) from a month H2320 old H1121 shalt thou redeem, H6299 (QalImpf) according to thine estimation, H6187 for the money H3701 of five H2568 shekels, H8255 after the shekel H8255 of the sanctuary, H6944 which [is] twenty H6242 gerahs. H1626

και η λυτρωσις αυτου απο μηνιαιου η συντιμησις πεντε σικλων κατα τον σικλον τον αγιον εικοσι οβολοι εισιν

The children of Israel, even the whole congregation, came into the wilderness of Zin in the first month. The people stayed in Kadesh. Miriam died there, and was buried there.

Then came H935 (QalImpf) the children H1121 of Israel, H3478 [even] the whole congregation, H5712 into the desert H4057 of Zin H6790 in the first H7223 month: H2320 and the people H5971 abode H3427 (QalImpf) in Kadesh; H6946 and Miriam H4813 died H4191 (QalImpf) there, and was buried H6912 (NiphImpf) there.
