And he saith, ‘What have I sinned, that thou art giving thy servant into the hand of Ahab-to put me to death?

Yahweh’s hand was on Elijah; and he tucked his cloak into his belt and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.

and the hand of Jehovah hath been on Elijah, and he girdeth up his loins, and runneth before Ahab, till thine entering Jezreel.

but I will send my servants to you tomorrow about this time, and they will search your house and the houses of your servants. Whatever is pleasant in your eyes, they will put it in their hand, and take it away.” ’ ”

Yet I will send H7971 (QalImpf) my servants H5650 unto thee to morrow H4279 about this time, H6256 and they shall search H2664 (PielPerf) thine house, H1004 and the houses H1004 of thy servants; H5650 and it shall be, H1961 (QalPerf) [that] whatsoever is pleasant H4261 in thine eyes, H5869 they shall put H7760 (QalImpf) [it] in their hand, H3027 and take [it] away. for if, at this time to-morrow, I send my servants unto thee then they have searched thy house, and the houses of thy servants, and it hath been, every desirable thing of thine eyes they place in their hand, and have taken away.’

Behold, a prophet came near to Ahab king of Israel, and said, “Yahweh says, ‘Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will deliver it into your hand today. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.’ ”

And, behold, there came H5066 (NiphPerf) a H259 prophet H5030 unto Ahab H256 king H4428 of Israel, H3478 saying, H559 (QalImpf) Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord, H3068 Hast thou seen H7200 (QalPerf) all this great H1419 multitude? H1995 behold, I will deliver H5414 (QalActPtc) it into thine hand H3027 this day; H3117 and thou shalt know H3045 (QalPerf) that I [am] the Lord. H3068

And lo, a certain prophet hath come nigh unto Ahab king of Israel, and saith, ‘Thus said Jehovah, ‘Hast thou seen all this great multitude? lo, I am giving it into thy hand to-day, and thou hast known that I am Jehovah.’

A man of God came near and spoke to the king of Israel, and said, “Yahweh says, ‘Because the Syrians have said, “Yahweh is a god of the hills, but he is not a god of the valleys,” therefore I will deliver all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am Yahweh.’ ”

And there came H5066 (QalImpf) a man H376 of God, H430 and spake H559 (QalImpf) unto the king H4428 of Israel, H3478 and said, H559 (QalImpf) Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord, H3068 Because the Syrians H758 have said, H559 (QalPerf) The Lord H3068 [is] God H430 of the hills, H2022 but he [is] not God H430 of the valleys, H6010 therefore will I deliver H5414 (QalPerf) all this great H1419 multitude H1995 into thine hand, H3027 and ye shall know H3045 (QalPerf) that I [am] the Lord. H3068

And there cometh nigh a man of God, and speaketh unto the king of Israel, and saith, ‘Thus said Jehovah, Because that the Aramaeans have said, God of hills is Jehovah, and He is not God of valleys-I have given the whole of this great multitude into thy hand, and ye have known that I am Jehovah.’

He said to him, “Yahweh says, ‘Because you have let go out of your hand the man whom I had devoted to destruction, therefore your life will take the place of his life, and your people take the place of his people.’ ”

And he said H559 (QalImpf) unto him, Thus saith H559 (QalPerf) the Lord, H3068 Because thou hast let go H7971 (PielPerf) out of [thy] hand H3027 a man H376 whom I appointed to utter destruction, H2764 therefore thy life H5315 shall go for his life, H5315 and thy people H5971 for his people. H5971

and he saith unto him, ‘Thus said Jehovah, Because thou hast sent away the man I devoted, out of thy hand, even thy life hath been for his life, and thy people for his people;’

The king of Israel said to his servants, “You know that Ramoth Gilead is ours, and we do nothing, and don’t take it out of the hand of the king of Syria?”

And the king H4428 of Israel H3478 said H559 (QalImpf) unto his servants, H5650 Know H3045 (QalPerf) ye that Ramoth H7433 in Gilead H1568 [is] ours, and we [be] still, H2814 (HiphPtc) [and] take H3947 (QalInf) it not out of the hand H3027 of the king H4428 of Syria? H758

and the king of Israel saith unto his servants, ‘Have ye not known that ours is Ramoth-Gilead? and we are keeping silent from taking it out of the hand of the king of Aram!’

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, “Should I go against Ramoth Gilead to battle, or should I refrain?” They said, “Go up; for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

Then the king H4428 of Israel H3478 gathered H6908 the prophets H5030 together, H6908 (QalImpf) about four H702 hundred H3967 men, H376 and said H559 (QalImpf) unto them, Shall I go H3212 (QalImpf) against Ramothgilead H7433 H1568 to battle, H4421 or shall I forbear? and the king of Israel gathereth the prophets, about four hundred men, and saith unto them, ‘Do I go against Ramoth-Gilead to battle, or do I forbear?’ and they say, ‘Go up, and the Lord doth give it into the hand of the king.’

All the prophets prophesied so, saying, “Go up to Ramoth Gilead and prosper; for Yahweh will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

When he had come to the king, the king said to him, “Micaiah, shall we go to Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall we forbear?” He answered him, “Go up and prosper; and Yahweh will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

A certain man drew his bow at random, and struck the king of Israel between the joints of the armor. Therefore he said to the driver of his chariot, “Turn around, and carry me out of the battle, for I am severely wounded.”

And a man hath drawn with a bow, in his simplicity, and smiteth the king of Israel between the joinings and the coat of mail, and he saith to his charioteer, ‘Turn thy hand, and take me out from the camp, for I have become sick.’

The king of Israel said, “Alas! For Yahweh has called these three kings together to deliver them into the hand of Moab.”

And the king H4428 of Israel H3478 said, H559 (QalImpf) Alas! H162 that the Lord H3068 hath called H7121 these three H7969 kings H4428 together, H7121 (QalPerf) to deliver H5414 (QalInf) them into the hand H3027 of Moab! H4124

and the king of Israel saith, ‘Alas, for Jehovah hath called for these three kings, to give them into the hand of Moab.’

But Jehoshaphat said, “Isn’t there a prophet of Yahweh here, that we may inquire of Yahweh by him?” One of the king of Israel’s servants answered, “Elisha the son of Shaphat, who poured water on the hands of Elijah, is here.”

But Jehoshaphat H3092 said, H559 (QalImpf) [Is there] not here a prophet H5030 of the Lord, H3068 that we may enquire H1875 (QalImpf) of the Lord H3068 by him? And one H259 of the king H4428 of Israel’s H3478 servants H5650 answered H6030 (QalImpf) and said, H559 (QalImpf) Here [is] Elisha H477 the son H1121 of Shaphat, H8202 which poured H3332 (QalPerf) water H4325 on the hands H3027 of Elijah. H452

And Jehoshaphat saith, ‘Is there not here a prophet of Jehovah, and we seek Jehovah by him?’ And one of the servants of the king of Israel answereth and saith, ‘Here is Elisha son of Shaphat, who poured water on the hands of Elijah.’

Elisha said to the king of Israel, “What have I to do with you? Go to the prophets of your father, and to the prophets of your mother.” The king of Israel said to him, “No, for Yahweh has called these three kings together to deliver them into the hand of Moab.”

And Elisha H477 said H559 (QalImpf) unto the king H4428 of Israel, H3478 What have I to do with thee? get H3212 (QalImpv) thee to the prophets H5030 of thy father, H1 and to the prophets H5030 of thy mother. And Elisha saith unto the king of Israel, ‘What-to me and to thee? go unto the prophets of thy father, and unto the prophets of thy mother;’ and the king of Israel saith to him, ‘Nay, for Jehovah hath called for these three kings to give them into the hand of Moab.’

But now bring me a musician.” When the musician played, Yahweh’s hand came on him.

But now bring H3947 (QalImpv) me a minstrel. H5059 (PielPtc) And it came to pass, when the minstrel H5059 (PielPtc) played, H5059 (PielInf) that the hand H3027 of the Lord H3068 came upon him.

and now, bring to me a minstrel; and it hath been, at the playing of the minstrel, that the hand of Jehovah is on him,

This is an easy thing in Yahweh’s sight. He will also deliver the Moabites into your hand.

And this is [but] a light thing H7043 (NiphPerf) in the sight H5869 of the Lord: H3068 he will deliver H5414 (QalPerf) the Moabites H4124 also into your hand. H3027

‘And this hath been light in the eyes of Jehovah, and he hath given Moab into your hand,

Then he said to Gehazi, “Tuck your cloak into your belt, take my staff in your hand, and go your way. If you meet any man, don’t greet him; and if anyone greets you, don’t answer him again. Then lay my staff on the child’s face.”

Then he said H559 (QalImpf) to Gehazi, H1522 Gird up H2296 (QalImpv) thy loins, H4975 and take H3947 (QalImpv) my staff H4938 in thine hand, H3027 and go thy way: H3212 (QalImpv) if thou meet H4672 (QalImpf) any man, H376 salute H1288 (PielImpf) him not; and if any H376 salute H1288 (PielImpf) thee, answer him not again: H6030 (QalImpf) and lay H7760 (QalPerf) my staff H4938 upon the face H6440 of the child. And he saith to Gehazi, ‘Gird up thy loins, and take my staff in thy hand, and go; when thou dost meet a man, thou dost not salute him; and when a man doth salute thee, thou dost not answer him; and thou hast laid my staff on the face of the youth.’

The king of Syria said, “Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” He departed, and took with him ten talents° of silver, six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of clothing.

And the king of Aram saith, ‘Go thou, enter, and I send a letter unto the king of Israel;’ and he goeth and taketh in his hand ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of garments.

But Naaman was angry, and went away and said, “Behold, I thought, ‘He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of Yahweh his God, and wave his hand over the place, and heal the leper.’

And Naaman is wroth, and goeth on, and saith, ‘Lo, I said, Unto me he doth certainly come out, and hath stood and called in the name of Jehovah his God, and waved his hand over the place, and recovered the leper.

In this thing may Yahweh pardon your servant: when my master goes into the house of Rimmon to worship there, and he leans on my hand, and I bow myself in the house of Rimmon. When I bow myself in the house of Rimmon, may Yahweh pardon your servant in this thing.”

For this thing Jehovah be propitious to thy servant, in the coming in of my lord into the house of Rimmon to bow himself there, and he was supported by my hand, and I bowed myself in the house of Rimmon; for my bowing myself in the house of Rimmon Jehovah be propitious, I pray thee, to thy servant in this thing.’

But Gehazi the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, “Behold, my master has spared this Naaman the Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought. As Yahweh lives, I will run after him, and take something from him.”

But Gehazi, H1522 the servant H5288 of Elisha H477 the man H376 of God, H430 said, H559 (QalImpf) Behold, my master H113 hath spared H2820 (QalPerf) Naaman H5283 this Syrian, H761 in not receiving H3947 (QalInf) at his hands H3027 that which he brought: H935 (HiphPerf) but, [as] the Lord H3068 liveth, H2416 I will run H7323 (QalPerf) after H310 him, and take H3947 (QalPerf) somewhat H3972 of him.

And Gehazi, servant of Elisha the man of God, saith, ‘Lo, my lord hath spared Naaman this Aramaean, not to receive from his hand that which he brought; Jehovah liveth; surely if I have run after him, then I have taken from him something.’

When he came to the hill, he took them from their hand, and stored them in the house. Then he let the men go, and they departed.

And when he came H935 (QalImpf) to the tower, H6076 he took H3947 (QalImpf) [them] from their hand, H3027 and bestowed H6485 (QalImpf) [them] in the house: H1004 and he let the men H582 go, H7971 (PielImpf) and they departed. H3212 (QalImpf)

and he cometh in unto the high place, and taketh out of their hand, and layeth up in the house, and sendeth away the men, and they go.

He said, “Take it.” So he put out his hand and took it.

and saith, ‘Raise to thee;’ and he putteth forth his hand and taketh it.

Then the captain on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, “Behold, if Yahweh made windows in heaven, could this thing be?” He said, “Behold, you will see it with your eyes, but will not eat of it.”

And the captain whom the king hath, by whose hand he hath been supported, answereth the man of God and saith, ‘Lo, Jehovah is making windows in the heavens-shall this thing be?’ and he saith, ‘Lo, thou art seeing it with thine eyes, and thereof thou dost not eat.’

The king had appointed the captain on whose hand he leaned to be in charge of the gate; and the people trampled over him in the gate, and he died as the man of God had said, who spoke when the king came down to him.

And the king hath appointed the captain, by whose hand he is supported, over the gate, and the people tread him down in the gate, and he dieth, as the man of God spake, which he spake in the coming down of the king unto him,

The king said to Hazael, “Take a present in your hand, and go meet the man of God, and inquire of Yahweh by him, saying, ‘Will I recover from this sickness?’ ”

And the king H4428 said H559 (QalImpf) unto Hazael, H2371 Take H3947 (QalImpv) a present H4503 in thine hand, H3027 and go, H3212 (QalImpv) meet H7125 (QalInf) the man H376 of God, H430 and enquire H1875 (QalPerf) of the Lord H3068 by him, saying, H559 (QalInf) Shall I recover H2421 (QalImpf) of this disease? H2483

And the king saith unto Hazael, ‘Take in thy hand a present, and go to meet the man of God, and thou hast sought Jehovah by him, saying, Do I revive from this sickness?’

So Hazael went to meet him and took a present with him, even of every good thing of Damascus, forty camels’ burden, and came and stood before him and said, “Your son Benhadad king of Syria has sent me to you, saying, ‘Will I recover from this sickness?’ ”

So Hazael H2371 went H3212 (QalImpf) to meet H7125 (QalInf) him, and took H3947 (QalImpf) a present H4503 with him, H3027 even of every good thing H2898 of Damascus, H1834 forty H705 camels’ H1581 burden, H4853 and came H935 (QalImpf) and stood H5975 (QalImpf) before H6440 him, and said, H559 (QalImpf) Thy son H1121 Benhadad H1130 king H4428 of Syria H758 hath sent H7971 (QalPerf) me to thee, saying, H559 (QalInf) Shall I recover H2421 (QalImpf) of this disease? And Hazael goeth to meet him, and taketh a present in his hand, even of every good thing of Damascus, a burden of forty camels, and he cometh in and standeth before him, and saith, ‘Thy son Ben-Hadad, king of Aram, hath sent me unto thee, saying, Do I revive from this sickness?’

In his days Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah, and made a king over themselves.

In his days hath Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah, and they cause a king to reign over them,

Elisha the prophet called one of the sons of the prophets, and said to him, “Put your belt on your waist, take this vial of oil in your hand, and go to Ramoth Gilead.

And Elisha the prophet hath called to one of the sons of the prophets, and saith to him, ‘Gird up thy loins, and take this vial of oil in thy hand, and go to Ramoth-Gilead,

You must strike your master Ahab’s house, that I may avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of Yahweh, at the hand of Jezebel.

And thou shalt smite H5221 (HiphPerf) the house H1004 of Ahab H256 thy master, H113 that I may avenge H5358 (PielPerf) the blood H1818 of my servants H5650 the prophets, H5030 and the blood H1818 of all the servants H5650 of the Lord, H3068 at the hand H3027 of Jezebel. H348

and thou hast smitten the house of Ahab thy lord, and I have required the blood of My servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of Jehovah, from the hand of Jezebel;

Joram turned his hands and fled, and said to Ahaziah, “This is treason, Ahaziah!”

And Jehoram turneth his hands, and fleeth, and saith unto Ahaziah, ‘Deceit, O Ahaziah!’

Jehu drew his bow with his full strength, and struck Joram between his arms; and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot.

They went to bury her, but they found no more of her than the skull, the feet, and the palms of her hands.

Therefore they came back, and told him. He said, “This is Yahweh’s word, which he spoke by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, ‘The dogs will eat the flesh of Jezebel on the plot of Jezreel,

And they turn back, and declare to him, and he saith, ‘The word of Jehovah it is, that He spake by the hand of this servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel do the dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel,

Know now that nothing will fall to the earth of Yahweh’s word, which Yahweh spoke concerning Ahab’s house. For Yahweh has done that which he spoke by his servant Elijah.”

H452

Know ye now, that nothing doth fall of the word of Jehovah to the earth that Jehovah spake against the house of Ahab, and Jehovah hath done that which He spake by the hand of His servant Elijah.’

When he had departed from there, he met Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him. He greeted him, and said to him, “Is your heart right, as my heart is with your heart?” Jehonadab answered, “It is.” “If it is, give me your hand.” He gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.

And he goeth thence, and findeth Jehonadab son of Rechab-to meet him, and blesseth him, and saith unto him, ‘Is thy heart right, as my heart is with thy heart?’ and Jehonadab saith, ‘It is?’-‘Then it is; give thy hand;’ and he giveth his hand, and he causeth him to come up into him into the chariot,

So they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings. Now Jehu had appointed for himself eighty men outside, and said, “If any of the men whom I bring into your hands escape, he who lets him go, his life shall be for the life of him.”

And when they went in H935 (QalImpf) to offer H6213 (QalInf) sacrifices H2077 and burnt offerings, H5930 Jehu H3058 appointed H7760 (QalPerf) fourscore H8084 men H376 without, H2351 and said, H559 (QalImpf) [If] any H376 of the men H582 whom I have brought H935 (HiphPtc) into your hands H3027 escape, H4422 (NiphImpf) [he that letteth him go], his life H5315 [shall be] for the life H5315 of him.

And they come in to make sacrifices and burnt-offerings, and Jehu hath set for himself in an out-place eighty men, and saith, ‘The man who letteth escape any of the men whom I am bringing in unto your hand-his soul for his soul.’

The two companies of you, even all who go out on the Sabbath, shall keep the watch of Yahweh’s house around the king.

And two H8147 parts H3027 of all you that go forth H3318 (QalActPtc) on the sabbath, H7676 even they shall keep H8104 (QalPerf) the watch H4931 of the house H1004 of the Lord H3068 about H413 the king. H4428

and two parts of you, all going out on the sabbath-they have kept the charge of the house of Jehovah about the king,

You shall surround the king, every man with his weapons in his hand; and he who comes within the ranks, let him be slain. Be with the king when he goes out, and when he comes in.”

And ye shall compass H5362 (HiphPerf) the king H4428 round about, H5439 every man H376 with his weapons H3627 in his hand: H3027 and he that cometh H935 (QalActPtc) within the ranges, H7713 let him be slain: H4191 (HophImpf) and be ye with the king H4428 as he goeth out H3318 (QalInf) and as he cometh in. and ye have compassed the king round about, each with his weapons in his hand, and he who is coming unto the ranges is put to death; and be ye with the king in his going out and in his coming in.’

The guard stood, every man with his weapons in his hand, from the right side of the house to the left side of the house, along by the altar and the house, around the king.

And the guard H7323 (QalPtc) stood, H5975 (QalImpf) every man H376 with his weapons H3627 in his hand, H3027 round about H5439 the king, H4428 from the right H3233 corner H3802 of the temple H1004 to the left H8042 corner H3802 of the temple, H1004 [along] by the altar H4196 and the temple. H1004

And the runners stand, each with his weapons in his hand, from the right shoulder of the house unto the left shoulder of the house, by the altar and by the house, by the king round about;

So they seized her; and she went by the way of the horses’ entry to the king’s house, and she was slain there.

And they laid H7760 (QalImpf) hands H3027 on her; and she went H935 (QalImpf) by the way H1870 by the which the horses H5483 came H3996 into the king’s H4428 house: H1004 and there was she slain. H4191 (HophImpf)

And they make for her sides, and she entereth the way of the entering in of the horses to the house of the king, and is put to death there.

They gave the money that was weighed out into the hands of those who did the work, who had the oversight of Yahweh’s house; and they paid it out to the carpenters and the builders who worked on Yahweh’s house,

And they gave H5414 (QalPerf) the money, H3701 being told, H8505 (PualPtc) into the hands H3027 of them that did H6213 (QalActPtc) the work, H4399 that had the oversight H6485 (HophPtc) (Qere) H6485 (QalPasPtc) of the house H1004 of the Lord: H3068 and they laid it out H3318 (HiphImpf) to the carpenters H2796 H6086 and builders, H1129 (QalActPtc) that wrought H6213 (QalActPtc) upon the house H1004 of the Lord, H3068

and have given the weighed money into the hands of those doing the work, those inspecting the house of Jehovah, and they bring it out to those working in the wood, and to builders who are working in the house of Jehovah,

Moreover they didn’t demand an accounting from the men into whose hand they delivered the money to give to those who did the work; for they dealt faithfully.

Moreover they reckoned H2803 (PielImpf) not with the men, H582 into whose hand H3027 they delivered H5414 (QalImpf) the money H3701 to be bestowed H5414 (QalInf) on workmen: H4399 for they dealt H6213 (QalActPtc) faithfully. H530

and they do not reckon with the men into whose hand they give the money to give to those doing the work, for in faithfulness they are dealing.

Yahweh’s anger burned against Israel, and he delivered them into the hand of Hazael king of Syria, and into the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael, continually.

And the anger H639 of the Lord H3068 was kindled H2734 (QalImpf) against Israel, H3478 and he delivered H5414 (QalImpf) them into the hand H3027 of Hazael H2371 king H4428 of Syria, H758 and into the hand H3027 of Benhadad H1130 the son H1121 of Hazael, H2371 all [their] days. H3117

and the anger of Jehovah burneth against Israel, and He giveth them into the hand of Hazael king of Aram, and into the hand of Ben-Hadad son of Hazael, all the days.

(Yahweh gave Israel a savior, so that they went out from under the hand of the Syrians; and the children of Israel lived in their tents as before.

(And the Lord H3068 gave H5414 (QalImpf) Israel H3478 a saviour, H3467 (HiphPtc) so that they went out H3318 (QalImpf) from under the hand H3027 of the Syrians: H758 and the children H1121 of Israel H3478 dwelt H3427 (QalImpf) in their tents, H168 as beforetime. H8032 H8543

and Jehovah giveth to Israel a saviour, and they go out from under the hand of Aram, and the sons of Israel dwell in their tents as heretofore;

He said to the king of Israel, “Put your hand on the bow;” and he put his hand on it. Elisha laid his hands on the king’s hands.

Jehoash the son of Jehoahaz took again out of the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael the cities which he had taken out of the hand of Jehoahaz his father by war. Joash struck him three times, and recovered the cities of Israel.

And Jehoash H3060 the son H1121 of Jehoahaz H3059 took H3947 (QalImpf) again H7725 (QalImpf) out of the hand H3027 of Benhadad H1130 the son H1121 of Hazael H2371 the cities, H5892 which he had taken H3947 (QalPerf) out of the hand H3027 of Jehoahaz H3059 his father H1 by war. H4421 Three H7969 times H6471 did Joash H3101 beat H5221 (HiphPerf) him, and recovered H7725 (HiphImpf) the cities H5892 of Israel. H3478

and Jehoash son of Jehoahaz turneth and taketh the cities out of the hand of Ben-Hadad son of Hazael that he had taken out of the hand of Jehoahaz his father in war; three times hath Joash smitten him, and he bringeth back the cities of Israel.

As soon as the kingdom was established in his hand, he killed his servants who had slain the king his father,

And it came to pass, as soon as the kingdom H4467 was confirmed H2388 (QalPerf) in his hand, H3027 that he slew H5221 (HiphImpf) his servants H5650 which had slain H5221 (HiphPtc) the king H4428 his father. H1

And it cometh to pass, when the kingdom hath been strong in his hand, that he smiteth his servants, those smiting the king his father,

He restored the border of Israel from the entrance of Hamath to the sea of the Arabah, according to Yahweh, the God of Israel’s word, which he spoke by his servant Jonah the son of Amittai, the prophet, who was from Gath Hepher.

He hath brought back the border of Israel, from the entering in of Hamath unto the sea of the desert, according to the word of Jehovah, God of Israel, that He spake by the hand of His servant Jonah son of Amittai the prophet, who is of Gath-Hepher,
