And sons of the prophets who are in Beth-El come out unto Elisha, and say unto him, ‘Hast thou known that to-day Jehovah is taking thy lord from thy head?’ and he saith, ‘I also have known-keep silent.’

He went out to the spring of the waters, and threw salt into it, and said, “Yahweh says, ‘I have healed these waters. There shall not be from there any more death or barren wasteland.’ ”

He went up from there to Bethel. As he was going up by the way, some youths came out of the city and mocked him, and said to him, “Go up, you baldy! Go up, you baldy!”

And he goeth up thence to Beth-El, and he is going up in the way, and little youths have come out from the city, and scoff at him, and say to him, ‘Go up, bald-head! go up, bald-head!’

He looked behind him and saw them, and cursed them in Yahweh’s name. Then two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of those youths.

King Jehoram went out of Samaria at that time, and mustered all Israel.

And one goeth out unto the field to gather herbs, and findeth a vine of the field, and gathereth of it gourds of the field-the fulness of his garment-and cometh in and splitteth them into the pot of pottage, for they knew them not;

The Syrians had gone out in bands, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little girl, and she waited on Naaman’s wife.

Therefore the leprosy of Naaman will cling to you and to your offspring^§ forever.” He went out from his presence a leper, as white as snow.

The people went out and plundered the camp of the Syrians. So a seah° of fine flour was sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel,° according to Yahweh’s word.

And the people go out and spoil the camp of Aram, and there is a measure of fine flour at a shekel, and two measures of barley at a shekel, according to the word of Jehovah.

At the end of seven years, the woman returned from the land of the Philistines. Then she went out to beg the king for her house and for her land.

but King Joram had returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds which the Syrians had given him when he fought with Hazael king of Syria.) Jehu said, “If this is your thinking, then let no one escape and go out of the city to go to tell it in Jezreel.”

and king Joram turneth back to be healed in Jezreel, of the wounds with which the Aramaeans smite him, in his fighting with Hazael king of Aram)-and Jehu saith, ‘If it is your mind, let not an escaped one go out from the city, to go to declare it in Jezreel.’

Joram said, “Get ready!” They got his chariot ready. Then Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot; and they went out to meet Jehu, and found him on Naboth the Jezreelite’s land.

Jehu drew his bow with his full strength, and struck Joram between his arms; and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot.

And it cometh to pass at his finishing to make the burnt-offering, that Jehu saith to the runners, and to the captains, ‘Go in, smite them, let none come out;’ and they smite them by the mouth of the sword, and the runners and the captains cast them out; and they go unto the city, to the house of Baal,

They brought out the pillars that were in the house of Baal and burned them.

The captains over hundreds did according to all that Jehoiada the priest commanded; and they each took his men, those who were to come in on the Sabbath with those who were to go out on the Sabbath, and came to Jehoiada the priest.

Then he brought out the king’s son, and put the crown on him, and gave him the covenant; and they made him king and anointed him; and they clapped their hands, and said, “Long live the king!”

Jehoiada the priest commanded the captains of hundreds who were set over the army, and said to them, “Bring her out between the ranks. Kill anyone who follows her with the sword.” For the priest said, “Don’t let her be slain in Yahweh’s house.”

And Jehoiada the priest commandeth the heads of the hundreds, inspectors of the force, and saith unto them, ‘Bring her out unto the outside of the ranges, and him who is going after her, put to death by the sword:’ for the priest had said, ‘Let her not be put to death in the house of Jehovah.’

They gave the money that was weighed out into the hands of those who did the work, who had the oversight of Yahweh’s house; and they paid it out to the carpenters and the builders who worked on Yahweh’s house,

And they gave H5414 (QalPerf) the money, H3701 being told, H8505 (PualPtc) into the hands H3027 of them that did H6213 (QalActPtc) the work, H4399 that had the oversight H6485 (HophPtc) (Qere) H6485 (QalPasPtc) of the house H1004 of the Lord: H3068 and they laid it out H3318 (HiphImpf) to the carpenters H2796 H6086 and builders, H1129 (QalActPtc) that wrought H6213 (QalActPtc) upon the house H1004 of the Lord, H3068

and have given the weighed money into the hands of those doing the work, those inspecting the house of Jehovah, and they bring it out to those working in the wood, and to builders who are working in the house of Jehovah,

and to the masons and the stone cutters, and for buying timber and cut stone to repair the damage to Yahweh’s house, and for all that was laid out for the house to repair it.

And to masons, H1443 (QalActPtc) and hewers H2672 (QalActPtc) of stone, H68 and to buy H7069 (QalInf) timber H6086 and hewed H4274 stone H68 to repair H2388 (PielInf) the breaches H919 of the house H1004 of the Lord, H3068 and for all that was laid out H3318 (QalImpf) for the house H1004 to repair H2394 [it].

and to those repairing the wall, and to hewers of stone, and to buy wood and hewn stones to strengthen the breach of the house of Jehovah, and for all that goeth out on the house, to strengthen it.

(Yahweh gave Israel a savior, so that they went out from under the hand of the Syrians; and the children of Israel lived in their tents as before.

and Jehovah giveth to Israel a saviour, and they go out from under the hand of Aram, and the sons of Israel dwell in their tents as heretofore;

Menahem exacted the money from Israel, even from all the mighty men of wealth, from each man fifty shekels° of silver, to give to the king of Assyria. So the king of Assyria turned back, and didn’t stay there in the land.

Yahweh was with him. Wherever he went, he prospered. He rebelled against the king of Assyria, and didn’t serve him.

And Jehovah hath been with him, in every place where he goeth out he acteth wisely, and he rebelleth against the king of Asshur, and hath not served him;

‘Do not hearken unto Hezekiah, for thus said the king of Asshur, Make with me a blessing, and come out unto me, and eat ye each of his vine, and each of his fig-tree, and drink ye each the waters of his own well,

When he heard it said of Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, “Behold, he has come out to fight against you,” he sent messengers again to Hezekiah, saying,

And he heareth concerning Tirhakah king of Cush, saying, ‘Lo, he hath come out to fight with thee;’ and he turneth and sendeth messengers unto Hezekiah, saying,

But I know your sitting down, your going out, your coming in, and your raging against me.

But I know H3045 (QalPerf) thy abode, H3427 (QalInf) and thy going out, H3318 (QalInf) and thy coming in, H935 (QalInf) and thy rage H7264 (HithInf) against me.

And thy sitting down, and thy going out, And thy coming in, I have known, And thine anger towards Me;

For out of Jerusalem a remnant will go out, and out of Mount Zion those who shall escape. Yahweh’s zeal will perform this.

For out of Jerusalem H3389 shall go forth H3318 (QalImpf) a remnant, H7611 and they that escape H6413 out of mount H2022 Zion: H6726 the zeal H7068 of the Lord H3068 [of hosts (8675) H6635] shall do H6213 (QalImpf) this.

For from Jerusalem goeth out a remnant, And an escape from mount Zion; The zeal of Jehovah of Hosts doth this.

That night, Yahweh’s angel went out and struck one hundred eighty-five thousand in the camp of the Assyrians. When men arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.

And it came to pass that night, H3915 that the angel H4397 of the Lord H3068 went out, H3318 (QalImpf) and smote H5221 (HiphImpf) in the camp H4264 of the Assyrians H804 an hundred H3967 fourscore H8084 and five H2568 thousand: H505 and when they arose early H7925 (HiphImpf) in the morning, H1242 behold, they [were] all dead H4191 (QalPtc) corpses. And it cometh to pass, in that night, that a messenger of Jehovah goeth out, and smiteth in the camp of Asshur a hundred eighty and five thousand, and they rise early in the morning, and lo, all of them are dead corpses.

Before Isaiah had gone out into the middle part of the city, Yahweh’s word came to him, saying,

And it came to pass, afore Isaiah H3470 was gone out H3318 (QalPerf) into the middle H8484 court, H2691 (Qere) H5892 that the word H1697 of the Lord H3068 came to him, saying, H559 (QalInf)

And it cometh to pass-Isaiah hath not gone out to the middle court-that the word of Jehovah hath been unto him, saying,

‘They will take away some of your sons who will issue from you, whom you will father; and they will be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.’ ”

And of thy sons H1121 that shall issue H3318 (QalImpf) from thee, which thou shalt beget, H3205 (HiphImpf) shall they take away; H3947 (QalImpf) and they shall be eunuchs H5631 in the palace H1964 of the king H4428 of Babylon. H894

and of thy sons who go out from thee, whom thou begettest, they take away, and they have been eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.’

because they have done that which is evil in my sight, and have provoked me to anger since the day their fathers came out of Egypt, even to this day.’ ”

because that they have done the evil thing in Mine eyes, and are provoking Me to anger from the day that their fathers came out of Egypt, even unto this day.’

The king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the threshold, to bring out of Yahweh’s temple all the vessels that were made for Baal, for the Asherah, and for all the army of the sky; and he burned them outside of Jerusalem in the fields of the Kidron, and carried their ashes to Bethel.

And the king H4428 commanded H6680 (PielImpf) Hilkiah H2518 the high H1419 priest, H3548 and the priests H3548 of the second order, H4932 and the keepers H8104 (QalActPtc) of the door, H5592 to bring forth H3318 (HiphInf) out of the temple H1964 of the Lord H3068 all the vessels H3627 that were made H6213 (QalPasPtc) for Baal, H1168 and for the grove, H842 and for all the host H6635 of heaven: H8064 and he burned H8313 (QalImpf) them without H2351 Jerusalem H3389 in the fields H7709 of Kidron, H6939 and carried H5375 (QalPerf) the ashes H6083 of them unto Bethel. And the king commandeth Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the threshold, to bring out from the temple of Jehovah all the vessels that are made for Baal, and for the shrine, and for all the host of the heavens, and he burneth them at the outside of Jerusalem, in the fields of Kidron, and hath borne their ashes to Beth-El.

He brought out the Asherah from Yahweh’s house, outside of Jerusalem, to the brook Kidron, and burned it at the brook Kidron, and beat it to dust, and cast its dust on the graves of the common people.

And he brought out H3318 (HiphImpf) the grove H842 from the house H1004 of the Lord, H3068 without H2351 Jerusalem, H3389 unto the brook H5158 Kidron, H6939 and burned H8313 (QalImpf) it at the brook H5158 Kidron, H6939 and stamped [it] small H1854 (HiphImpf) to powder, H6083 and cast H7993 (HiphImpf) the powder H6083 thereof upon the graves H6913 of the children H1121 of the people. And he bringeth out the shrine from the house of Jehovah to the outside of Jerusalem, unto the brook Kidron, and burneth it at the brook Kidron, and beateth it small to dust, and casteth its dust on the grave of the sons of the people.

The king of Egypt didn’t come out of his land any more; for the king of Babylon had taken, from the brook of Egypt to the river Euphrates, all that belonged to the king of Egypt.

And the king H4428 of Egypt H4714 came H3318 (QalInf) not again H3254 (HiphPerf) any more out of his land: H776 for the king H4428 of Babylon H894 had taken H3947 (QalPerf) from the river H5158 of Egypt H4714 unto the river H5104 Euphrates H6578 all that pertained to the king H4428 of Egypt. H4714

And the king of Egypt hath not added any more to go out from his own land, for the king of Babylon hath taken, from the brook of Egypt unto the river Phrat, all that had been to the king of Egypt.

and Jehoiachin the king of Judah went out to the king of Babylon—he, his mother, his servants, his princes, and his officers; and the king of Babylon captured him in the eighth year of his reign.

And Jehoiachin H3078 the king H4428 of Judah H3063 went out H3318 (QalImpf) to the king H4428 of Babylon, H894 he, and his mother, H517 and his servants, H5650 and his princes, H8269 and his officers: H5631 and the king H4428 of Babylon H894 took H3947 (QalImpf) him in the eighth H8083 year H8141 of his reign. and Jehoiachin king of Judah goeth out unto the king of Babylon, he, and his mother, and his servants, and his chiefs, and his eunuchs, and the king of Babylon taketh him in the eighth year of his reign,

He carried out from there all the treasures of Yahweh’s house and the treasures of the king’s house, and cut in pieces all the vessels of gold which Solomon king of Israel had made in Yahweh’s temple, as Yahweh had said.

and bringeth out thence all the treasures of the house of Jehovah, and the treasures of the house of the king, and cutteth in pieces all the vessels of gold that Solomon king of Israel made in the temple of Jehovah, as Jehovah had spoken.
