Yahweh struck the people, because of what they did with the calf, which Aaron made.

behold, Yahweh will strike your people with a great plague, including your children, your wives, and all your possessions;

Yahweh will strike Egypt, striking and healing. They will return to Yahweh, and he will be entreated by them, and will heal them.

Give glory to Yahweh your God, before he causes darkness, and before your feet stumble on the dark mountains, and while you look for light, he turns it into the shadow of death, and makes it deep darkness.

This will be the plague with which Yahweh will strike all the peoples who have fought against Jerusalem: their flesh will consume away while they stand on their feet, and their eyes will consume away in their sockets, and their tongue will consume away in their mouth.

και αυτη εσται η πτωσις ην κοψει κυριος παντας τους λαους οσοι επεστρατευσαν επι ιερουσαλημ τακησονται αι σαρκες αυτων εστηκοτων αυτων επι τους ποδας αυτων και οι οφθαλμοι αυτων ρυησονται εκ των οπων αυτων και η γλωσσα αυτων τακησεται εν τω στοματι αυτων

If the family of Egypt doesn’t go up and doesn’t come, neither will it rain on them. This will be the plague with which Yahweh will strike the nations that don’t go up to keep the feast of booths.

And if the family H4940 of Egypt H4714 go not up, H5927 (QalImpf) and come H935 (QalPerf) not, that have no^§ rain; there shall be the plague, H4046 wherewith the Lord H3068 will smite H5062 (QalImpf) the heathen H1471 that come not up H5927 (QalImpf) to keep H2287 (QalInf) the feast H2282 of tabernacles.
