Genesis 1:4 Heb. between the light and between the darkness

και ειδεν ο θεος το φως οτι καλον και διεχωρισεν ο θεος ανα μεσον του φωτος και ανα μεσον του σκοτους

God called the light “day”, and the darkness he called “night”. There was evening and there was morning, the first day.
