ιδου γαρ κυριος εποιησεν ακουστον εως εσχατου της γης ειπατε τη θυγατρι σιων ιδου σοι ο σωτηρ παραγινεται εχων τον εαυτου μισθον και το εργον προ προσωπου αυτου

For from of old men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides you, who works for him who waits for him.

εγω παραδωσω υμας εις μαχαιραν παντες εν σφαγη πεσεισθε οτι εκαλεσα υμας και ουχ υπηκουσατε ελαλησα και παρηκουσατε και εποιησατε το πονηρον εναντιον εμου και α ουκ εβουλομην εξελεξασθε
