and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.
[2] Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty,
God shines out.
[3] Our God comes, and does not keep silent.
A fire devours before him.
It is very stormy around him.
[4] He calls to the heavens above,
to the earth, that he may judge his people:
[5] “Gather my saints together to me,
those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”
[6] The heavens shall declare his righteousness,
for God himself is judge.
Selah. [7] “Hear, my people, and I will speak.
Israel, I will testify against you.
I am God, your God.
[8] I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices.
Your burnt offerings are continually before me.
[9] I have no need for a bull from your stall,
nor male goats from your pens.
[10] For every animal of the forest is mine,
and the livestock on a thousand hills.
[11] I know all the birds of the mountains.
The wild animals of the field are mine.
[12] If I were hungry, I would not tell you,
for the world is mine, and all that is in it.
[13] Will I eat the meat of bulls,
or drink the blood of goats?
[14] Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving.
Pay your vows to the Most High.
[15] Call on me in the day of trouble.
I will deliver you, and you will honor me.” [16] But to the wicked God says,
“What right do you have to declare my statutes,
that you have taken my covenant on your lips,
[17] since you hate instruction,
and throw my words behind you?
[18] When you saw a thief, you consented with him,
and have participated with adulterers. [19] “You give your mouth to evil.
Your tongue frames deceit.
[20] You sit and speak against your brother.
You slander your own mother’s son.
[21] You have done these things, and I kept silent.
You thought that I was just like you.
I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes. [22] “Now consider this, you who forget God,
lest I tear you into pieces, and there be no one to deliver.
[23] Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me,
and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”

A PsalmH4210 of Asaph.H623
The mightyH410 God,H430 [even] the Lord,H3068 hath spoken,H1696(PielPerf) and calledH7121(QalImpf) the earthH776 from the risingH4217 of the sunH8121 unto the going downH3996 thereof. [2] Out of Zion,H6726 the perfectionH4359 of beauty,H3308 GodH430 hath shined.H3313(HiphPerf) [3] Our GodH430 shall come,H935(QalImpf) and shall not keep silence:H2790(QalImpf) a fireH784 shall devourH398(QalImpf) beforeH6440 him, and it shall be veryH3966 tempestuousH8175(NiphPerf) round aboutH5439 him. [4] He shall callH7121(QalImpf) to the heavensH8064 from above,H5920 and to the earth,H776 that he may judgeH1777(QalInf) his people.H5971 [5] GatherH622(QalImpv) my saintsH2623 together unto me; those that have madeH3772(QalActPtc) a covenantH1285 with me by sacrifice.H2077 [6] And the heavensH8064 shall declareH5046(HiphImpf) his righteousness:H6664 for GodH430 [is] judgeH8199(QalActPtc) himself. Selah.H5542 [7] Hear,H8085(QalImpv) O my people,H5971 and I will speak;H1696(PielImpf) O Israel,H3478 and I will testifyH5749(HiphImpf) against thee: I [am] God,H430 [even] thy God.H430 [8] I will not reproveH3198(HiphImpf) thee for thy sacrificesH2077 or thy burnt offerings,H5930 [to have been] continuallyH8548 before me. [9] I will takeH3947(QalImpf) no bullockH6499 out of thy house,H1004 [nor] he goatsH6260 out of thy folds.H4356 [10] For every beastH2416 of the forestH3293 [is] mine, [and] the cattleH929 upon a thousandH505 hills.H2042 [11] I knowH3045(QalPerf) all the fowlsH5775 of the mountains:H2022 and the wild beastsH2123 of the fieldH7704 [are] mine.H5978 [12] If I were hungry,H7456(QalImpf) I would not tellH559(QalImpf) thee: for the worldH8398 [is] mine, and the fulnessH4393 thereof. [13] Will I eatH398(QalImpf) the fleshH1320 of bulls,H47 or drinkH8354(QalImpf) the bloodH1818 of goats?H6260 [14] OfferH2076(QalImpv) unto GodH430 thanksgiving;H8426 and payH7999(PielImpv) thy vowsH5088 unto the most High:H5945 [15] And callH7121(QalImpv) upon me in the dayH3117 of trouble:H6869 I will deliverH2502(PielImpf) thee, and thou shalt glorifyH3513(PielImpf) me. [16] But unto the wickedH7563 GodH430 saith,H559(QalPerf) What hast thou to do to declareH5608(PielInf) my statutes,H2706 or [that] thou shouldest takeH5375(QalImpf) my covenantH1285 in thy mouth?H6310 [17] Seeing thou hatestH8130(QalPerf) instruction,H4148 and castestH7993(HiphImpf) my wordsH1697 behindH310 thee. [18] When thou sawestH7200(QalPerf) a thief,H1590 then thou consentedstH7521(QalImpf) with him, and hast been partakerH2506 with adulterers.H5003(PielPtc) [19] Thou givestH7971(QalPerf) thy mouthH6310 to evil,H7451 and thy tongueH3956 framethH6775(HiphImpf) deceit.H4820 [20] Thou sittestH3427(QalImpf) [and] speakestH1696(PielImpf) against thy brother;H251 thouH5414(QalImpf) slanderestH1848 thine own mother’sH517 son.H1121 [21] These [things] hast thou done,H6213(QalPerf) and I kept silence;H2790(HiphPerf) thou thoughtestH1819(PielPerf) that I was altogetherH1961(QalInf) [such an one] as thyself: [but] I will reproveH3198(HiphImpf) thee, and set [them] in orderH6186(QalImpf) before thine eyes.H5869 [22] Now considerH995(QalImpv) this, ye that forgetH7911(QalActPtc) God,H433 lest I tear [you] in pieces,H2963(QalImpf) and [there be] none to deliver.H5337(HiphPtc) [23] Whoso offerethH2076(QalActPtc) praiseH8426 glorifiethH3513(PielImpf) me: and to him that orderethH7760(QalPerf) [his] conversationH1870 [aright] will I shewH7200(HiphImpf) the salvationH3468 of God.H430Byzantine Greek New Testament
